Click on that and then login via your hive account. I prefer using the chrome extension keychain. Besides that you can start building cards, SPS etc but if you want to really start playing you'll need to pay I think it's $10 worth of hive or another crypto/fiat in order to get a starter pack.

The great thing about giveaways like this is it gives you the ability to start building your deck to earn more rewards from your battles.
