CAN ONE TELL WHAT'S INSIDE THE PACKAGE

Trust we all had a wonderful Sunday?

On Friday morning, I got a call from an unknown caller, a lady actually, asking if she is unto the brand owner of De Royal Hub

I said yes and I proceeded by asking what I can help her with then she said she would like to get a waist bead and also she has dropped a message for me on whatsapp but I wasn't responding

I apologized and told her I was busy with some certain things but if she won't mind we can continue the conversation on whatsapp as am very much available now, then she said it's fine and hanged up

I went online and went through her messages, she said it was her husband whom gave her my number to contact me for the waist bead, I wasn't surprised though because have had loads of customers like that... Some will even contact me themselves and get the waist beads on behalf of their partners

So I asked if she has any particular design or she would want me to send some designs to her so she can make her choice but she said no, that she doesn't have any particular designs and I shouldn't bother sending any

She said she just want something full of colors and she will also want it to look really cool

I said to myself, now this is where your knowledge of color combinations and customer satisfaction sets in

I assured her it's not a problem, that she is sure at the right place

We proceeded by bargaining on the price and then we reached a conclusion, she made the payment immediately together with the money for waybill because she is not in my state, she is in Lagos State, Nigeria

I made the waist bead and sent it to her this morning

She was really surprised at the kind of package I gave the waist bead... She called me immediately and I could sense the joy and happiness in her sense, which she also confessed how happy and glad she loves the waist bead and the packaging in particular

I spoke with the husband too and he was really happy with the work I did and you with the fact that am not one of those vendors who betrays people's trust by collecting money and not delivering their package

One of my utmost priority is my customers satisfaction and happiness when they patronize me.
