This is a very popular dish in another in Korea.That is called 'Potato Mushroom'.Personally, I like it very much. So that's why I made it for everyone in the family. Ingredients;
- One hundred grams of boiled potatoes
- Three tablespoons of cornflaour
- About 4 dried chili pods
- About 4 or 5 green chili pods
- A teaspoon of suagr
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- Three cloves of garlic
- A few leaves of leeks, preferably onion leaves if available
- 3/4 teaspoons of chili powder
- One tablespoon of coconut oil
- Two teaspoons of tomato sauce
- Two teaspoons of soy sauce
- a 1/4 cup of
The method of making;
First, peel the boiled potato pieces and mash them well.
Now add three tablespoons of cornflour and half a teaspoon of salt and stir this mixture.
This mixture should be kneaded to a non-sticky texture.
Now apply oil on palm.
Make a small ball out of the potato mixture.
Now take a bottle as shown in the image.
Apply oil on its lid area.
Place the lidded bottle area on the small yam ball that has just been prepared and press it as shown in this image.
Now you need to steam these potato mushrooms. For that place a banana leaf on the steaming part.
Now put the prepared potato mushroom and steam it for ten minutes.
In the meantime, let's prepare the other ingredients.
Cut the washed and cleaned garlic, dry chillies, green chillies and leek leaves into small pieces.
Now put a pan on the stove and add table spoons of oil to it and when the oil heats up, add chopped garlic and fry until golden.
Then add chopped dry chillies and green chillies.
Add chopped leek leaves and remaining salt powder.
Add chili powder and stir everything on low flame for about a minute.
Add tomato sauce and soy sauce.
Then add sugar to it.
Add 1/4 cup of water to this mixture and cook for two minutesThen remove from the stove.
Add the prepared mixture to the steamed potato mushrooms.
I actually think this is better for breakfast or dinner. However, this is really a different taste.
