How are you,Today is a very beautiful day. Good morning to everyone to start life actively. Today I have come up with another delicious recipe for my dear friends who like to eat vegetables.That is bean curry. A beautifully made green colour bean curry. Let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- 100g of beans
- Half teaspoon of fenugreek seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of curry powder
- Half teaspoon of mustard powder
- A teaspoon of salt
- A few sticks of cinnamon
- Half cup of melted coconut milk
- 1/4 cup of condensed coconut milk
- Pandan leaves
- Curry leaves
- Chopped garlic
- Chopped b onion
- Chopped tomatoes
- Chopped green chillies
The method of making;
Wash and clean the beans and cut them into long pieces.
Put the beans in a pan and add turmeric powder, fenugreek seeds, cumin powder and mustard seeds.
Add chopped white onion, pandan leaves, curry leaves and big onion.
Add cinnamon and salt powder.
Add melted coconut milk and stir and cook on low flame for five minutes.
When the coconut milk reduces, add chopped tomatoes and green chillies.
Finally, add the condensed coconut milk and cook again for about three minutes on medium heat and remove from the stove.
