How are you, Saying good morning to everyone while wishing for a beautiful day.Many of us love soymeat. That's why I brought to show you another delicious recipe that can be made with soymeat. That is soymeat cutlet. So let's see what is needed to make these delicious soy meat cutlets and how to make them.

Ingredients;

  • 150g of soya meat
  • Chopped garlic
  • Chopped b onions
  • Chopprd green chillies
  • Chopped curry leaves
  • 250 grams of boiled and mashed potatoes
  • Half teaspoon of pepper
  • A teaspoon of curry powder
  • A teaspoon of chilli powder
  • A teaspoon of salt powder

  • A teaspoon of lime juice
  • Half teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • Three crushed cardamom pods
  • Six cloves

  • A cup of hot water
  • 50g of breadcrumb
  • Three tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 200ml of oil

The method of making;

Put soymeat in a bowl and add half a teaspoon of salt to it, add a cup of hot water and cover well with a lid and keep it for ten minutes.

Then squeeze out the water.Then blend.

Put a pan on the stove and add two table spoons of oil and when the oil heats up, add chopped garlic, big onions, curry leaves and green chillies.

After about two minutes add cardamom and cloves. Add turmeric powder, pepper powder, chilly powder and curry powder and stir fry.

Add half a teaspoon of salt powder, add crushed soymeat, stir fry, cover with a lid and boil on low flame for five minutes.

Finally, add the boiled and mashed potatoes and stir , then add half a teaspoon of lime juice, stir and remove from the heat.

Now to make the flour mixture, add the flour to a bowl and add half a teaspoon of salt powder and half a teaspoon of turmeric.Add water little by little to make a regular thick batter.

Now make small balls of soymeat.Spread them in the prepared flour mixture and also in breadcrumbs.

Finally fry the prepared balls in deep oil.

A very delicious recipe and a different kind of recipe.I think even a person who doesn't like to eat soymeat will eat it if it is made this way.And it looks good.For those who like to eat a little more spicy, you can change the amount of spices.My dear friends can also try this different delicious recipe from soymeat if this is good.
