How are you,The sun is shining beautiful today. Wishing everyone a good morning. Today I have brought you another delicious recipe that can be made from cabbage. We call it "Gowa Melluma. We'll then let's see how to make this gowa melluma and is required for it.

Ingredients;

  • 250g of cabbage
  • Chopped b onion
  • Curry leaves
  • Chopped dry chillies
  • Chopped green chillies
  • A handful of grated coconut

  • One and half tablespoons of oil
  • A teaspoon of mustard seeds
  • A teaspoon of salt powder
  • Half teaspoon of turmeric powder

The method of making;

Wash and clean the cabbage and cut it lengthwise.

Then add chopped b onion and chopped green chillies to it.

Add 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder and salt.

Add grated coconut and stir well.

Heat a pan and add oil to it and when the oil heats add the mustard seeds.

Then add curry leaves and chopped dry chillies.

Add the cabbage.

Add remaining 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder and mix well.

Cover with the lid and increase the flame,stir well for two minutes and remove the stove.
