How are you, Today is the opening day of the weekend. Good afternoon to everyone, hoping that you will be successful in all the activities of the day so that you can be happy at the end of the day.Today I have brought another very delicious simple recipe to show you. That is the "Coconut Mellum". So let's see how to make this delicious coconut mellum.

Ingredients;

  • One cup of grated coconut
  • Half teaspoon of pepper
  • A teaspoon of salt powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 3/4 cup of water
  • Curry leaves
  • Pandan leaves
  • Two chopped cloves of garlic
  • Two chopped green chillies
  • Chopped b onion

The method of making;

Add turmeric to the grated coconut.

** Add pepper and salt powder.**

Now add the chopped garlic, green chillies and big onions.

Add curry leaves and stir everything well.

Put this mixture in a blender, add water and blend well.

Now put this liquid coconut mixture in a pan.

Add the rampe leaves and stir well on low flame for three to four minutes and remove the water.

This is the delicious coconut mallum made. This is actually a very fragrant and delicious coconut mellum. This dish is very popular in my country. This coconut mellum is often eaten with stringhopper. If you get a chance, try making this coconut melluma with a different taste to my dear friends.
