Let's make a delicious egg tempura that can be added to any of the three main meals of the day.

How are you, Good afternoon to all my dear friends, I believe you are all very happy and joyful.All of us are preparing for the upcoming festive season without any change. And a new year is coming.So I also like to add something new and different to the art I love. We all eat boiled and fried eggs.So I have come up with a new recipe that comes with a new taste from a combination of these two to share with you.We call this egg tempura. But this is not really just a tempura.So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- Three boiled eggs
- Two teaspoons of tomato sauce
- A teaspoon of soya sauce
- A teaspoon of sugar
- Curry leaves
- Two capsicums cut into squares
- A tomato cut into squares
- One green chili pod cut into long pieces
- Two large onions cut into rounds
- Pandan leaves
- Chopped garlic
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- Half teaspoon of pepper
- A teaspoon of chilli powder
- Half teaspoon of turmeric powder
- Two teaspoons of chilli pieces
- Two tablespoons of oil
The method of making;
Cut the boiled eggs in half.
To make the sauce mix, put two tablespoons of tomato sauce in a bowl and add one tablespoon of soy sauce to it, then add 1 teaspoon of sugar and stir.
Put a pan on the stove, add oil to it and fry the eggs cut in two on the inner side.
After that side is fried, turn the other side and fry it too.
After frying the eggs, remove the eggs from the pan and add chopped garlic to the pan. Then add curry leaves and pandan leaves.
Then add capsicum and green chillies.
Add onions cut into rounds.
Add turmeric powder and other all spices with salt.
Stir for three to four minutes on low flame.
Add sauce mixture.
Mix well.
Now add chopped tomatoes.
Finally add eggs.
Stir carefully and remove from heat.
This egg tempura is really a very tasty tempura. And because of the sauce added to this, its taste has increased even more. I think this is suitable not only with rice but also with any food we want to have for breakfast. And I think this is suitable even for dinner.
