Ingredients;

  • 250g of pieces of fish, washed and cleaned
  • Three cloves of garcinia

  • Curry leaves
  • Pandan leaves
  • Five cloves of cloves
  • A few stickes of cinnamon
  • Two cloves of cardamom
  • 150ml of oil
  • A cup of water

  • One and half teaspoons of salt powder
  • Two teaspoons of pepper
  • Three teaspoons of chilli powder

The method of making;

Put the fish pieces in a bowl and add one teaspoon of pepper and half a teaspoon of salt powder to it and stir well.

Cover with a lid for about ten minutes.

Then heat a pan, add oil to it and fry these fish.

Now put another pan on the stove and add cinnamon,cloves,cardamom,pandan leaves and curry leaves to it and fry for about two minutes until it becomes watery.

Now remove the oil from the pan in which the fish was fried and add the same fish to the same pan and add the fried rumpe, curry powder,leaves,cardamom,cinnamon.

Then add the remaining salt powder,pepper and chilli powder.

Stir and add one cup of water.

Finally add garcinia and cook for ten minutes on medium flame.
