How are you, I wish everyone a good morning for a beautiful day. Today I have brought to share with you a spiny gourd recipe. Today I have brought to share with you a gourd recipe. Very tasty. Let's see how to make it and what is required.
Ingredients;
- 250g of spiny gourd
- Half cup of condensed coconut milk
- Two tablespoons of oil
- Chopped b onion
- Few pieces of cinnamon bark
- Curry leaves
- Three cloves of sliced garlic
- Chopped green chillies
- A teaspoon of chilli pieces
- Half teaspoon of turmeric powder
- A teaspoon of salt
- Half teaspoon of curry powder
- A teaspoon of chilli powder
The method of making;
Wash well and cut the spiny gourd into slices.
Now in a pan add chopped big onion curry leaves and cinnamon bark.
Then add chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder to it.
Add condensed coconut milk.
Add the sliced spiny gourd and green chillies.
Now add salt and cover with a lid and cook on low flame for eight minutes.
After eight minutes.
Now take another pan and add two table spoons of oil and add chopped garlic and chilli pieces.
Stir for about a minute and add the cooked spinr gourds, stir well again and remove from the heat.
Spiny gourd is a food full of nutrition and quality. This is a very tasty curry.Can be collected for family lunch. Actually, in my country, the price of gourd is a bit high here. Even if you get these ingredients give it a try guys.
