Ingredients

  • 250g of spring onions
  • Two tablespoon of oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • Half tablespoon of chilli pieces
  • A teaspoon of salt powder
  • Chopped garlic
  • Curry leaves
  • One large onion cut into circles
  • Tomato cut into squares
  • Chopped green chilli pods
  • A tablespoon of soya sauce

The method of making;

Wash and clean the onion leaves and cut them into long pieces.

Heat a pan, add oil and add chopped garlic and onion.

Fry it on low flame for two to three minutes.

Add chopped green chillies and curry leaves.

Add tomatoes and stir well.

Add salt powder and turmeric powder and stir well again for two to three minutes.
