Let's make a nutritious and flavorful turkey berries tempura that goes well with rice.

So we all want to be successful in our lives, as usual, I have come today to bring you the art that I love, which is more delicious and very nutritious, as well as beneficial food. This is a very popular dish in the rural areas of my country and the older generation also called it as a very beneficial dish.That is the (Turkey berry) (tibbatu) tempura. This is a dish for vegetarians. Very simple to make. It's easy, so let's see how to make it.

Ingredients;

  • 250g of Turkey berry
  • Two and half tablespoons of oil
  • One and half teaspoons of chilli pieces
  • Half teaspoon of chilli powder
  • Half teaspoon of curry powder
  • A teaspoon of salt powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • One medium sized onion, chopped
  • About three cloves of garlic, sliced
    long
  • A handful of curry leaves a finely
    chopped pandan leaf
  • About a handful of small green chillies
  • A chopped tomatoes

The method of making;

First, add a cup of water to a pot and add the bisected turkey berries to it.

Then remove the water.

Now heat a pan and add chopped garlic keeping the flame on low. Then add curry leaves and pandan leaves.

Now add the chopped onions and stir everything on low flame for about a minute.

Add turmeric powder and cumin powder and fry again for about thirty seconds.

Now add smaller green chillies.

Then add Turkey berries.

Add salt powder and chili powder to it.

Saute all this for about 5 minutes on very low flame.

After that add chilli pieces.

Stir all this again for about a minute and add the chopped tomatoes at the end. Add the tomatoes and turn off the heat and keep it for about a minute and remove it from the heat.

Do you know, this tibbatu temparadu is so delicious that you can eat rice with this temparadu without any other curries. If this is too spicy for you, you can change the ingredients. But tibbatu is actually a very nutritious and good food. There are various ways to make tibbatu. Among them, the most liked is Tibbatu tempradu. It really has a lot of flavor.
