Let's make an egg curry as spicy and tasty as chicken.

How are you, Good morning. Wishing everyone a lucky and auspicious day today.Today i brought you an egg recipe.This egg curry lke a spicy,tasty chicken curry. So let's see how to make it.

Ingredients;

• seven boiled eggs
• Half teaspoon of turmeric powder
• Two teaspoons of chilli powder
• A teaspoon of meat curry powder
• A teaspoon of salt powder
• Two tablespoons of oil

• Chopped b onion
• Chopped garlic
• Pandan leaves
• Curry leaves
• Two green chilli pods, cut into long pieces
• Chopped tomatoes
• A few stick of cinnamon
• A cup of coconut milk

The method of making;

Put the boiled eggs in a bowl and draw lines with a knife.

Heat a pan, add a tablespoon of oil and fry these boiled eggs for two to three minutes.

Keep the fried eggs aside and in same pan and add remaining oil to it and fry chopped b onion and garlic a little.

Now add pandan leaves,curry leaves ,chopped tomatoes and sticks of cinnamon.

Then add salt powder,turmeric powder,meat curry powder and chilii powder.

Mix well.

Now add fried boiled eggs.

Now add chopped grenn chillies and a cup of coconut milk.

Stir well and cook on law flame for about ten minutes.

So, now remove from the heat.

This egg curry is very delicious. And it is perfect for those who like spicy food. The flavour of this egg curry has doubled with the addition of other ingredients. Friends who want a different taste of egg curry can try it.
