How are you, Good afternoon to all my dear friends. I hope you all are very happy. I like to eat a little more sweet food. My daughter loves to eat buns.But at the time she requested, I was not able to use the oven because the electricity was off at home.
That's why I made buns on the stove. So I thought I should share my recipe with my dear friends. So let's see how to make it.

Ingredients;

  • 2.5 cups of wheat flour
  • Five tablespoons if sugar
  • Half teaspoon of salt powder
  • 140ml of milk
  • 40g of butter

  • A drop of red food colouring
  • An egg
  • 5 tablespoons of icing sugar

The method of making;

First put flour in a deep bowl, add sugar and salt and stir.

Now add an egg.

Heat the milk a little and add it to the flour and stir well.

Add butter and knead well for about eight minutes.

Now cover it with a lid and leave it to bloom for half an hour.

After about half an hour, knead the flour well again to remove the air.

Now make the dough a little thin and cut it into eight equal parts.

Make eight balls of dough and cover again with a piece of cloth and keep aside for fifteen to twenty minutes.

After about fifteen minutes, take the balls one by one and thin them as shown in the picture.

Again make dough balls in the same way and keep aside for about ten minutes.

Now heat a pan and add oil to it and heat the oil well.Now reduce the flame well in the pot and fry these flour balls well.

After about eight minutes, both sides can be fried to a golden color.

After that, remove it from the heat and let it cool down.

Let's prepare the icing to spread in the middle of the bun.

Add icing sugar to a bowl and add red food coloring to it.

Now add half a tablespoon of milk and one tablespoon of margarine and stir everything well.

Now cut the bun in half.Spread the icing in one layer.

My daughter really liked this bun a lot.I think we can make it at home for much cheaper than buying it from the store. Everyone in the family liked it. Although it took some time to make, I think this is the most fun to make.I cordially invite my dear friends to try this recipe.
