How are you, Good morning everyone. Today I brought a sweet dish to show you. This is a wonderful dish for tea time. This is called "sweet corn". A very favorite dish for sweet lovers. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- 250g of wheat flour
- A teaspoon of banking powder
- A tablespoon of sugar
- Half teaspoon of salt powder
- An egg
- 85ml of water
- A tablespoon of magarine
For filling
- 300ml of brown sugar
- 170ml of water
- A handful of roasted peanuts
The method of making;
Put the flour in a bowl and add sugar, margarine, salt and baking powder and mix it.
Add the egg and add water little by little to make a non-sticky dough.
Cover with a clean cloth for about 30 minutes.
After about 30 minutes, place the dough on a flour spreaded tray and divide into four equal portions.
Thinly slice one portion as shown in the image and cut into long strips.
Take a little thick board or a bristle board and make some models in the shape of a cone as seen in the image.
Apply oil well.
Fold the cut dough strips into a cone-shaped form as shown in the image.
Now fry in deep oil until golden.
Now put a pan on the stove and add 300 grams of brown sugar and 170 ml of water to it and make it until it becomes a thick liquid.
Pour this sweet liquid into the cones filled with roasted peanuts.
Leave it to keep for about ten minutes and enjoy the sweet lovers.
Sweet corn is a very sweet dish.We also ate very eagerly when we were going to school.Most of the time in my country this dish is done as a self-employment. Children like it very much.

Amazing Cone shaped desserts you got there.
I never saw this technique.
Seemed like a good idea to use those thick boards in the shape of a cone and so glad it didnt melt or burn while cooking.
