Let's make scrambled spinach with high nutritional value very quickly.

How are you, In these days it rained incessantly us. That's why it's cold day. I wish youi all a good cold morning. The recipe that I have brought to show youbtoday is very delicious. And it can be prepare quickly. That is scrambled spinach. So let's see how to make it and what is ingredients for it.

Ingredients;

  • 250g of spinach
  • An egg
  • Two and half tablespoons of oil

  • Half tablespoon of chilli pieces
  • A teaspoon of salt powder
  • Chopped b onion
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Two cloves of garlic
  • Curry leaves
  • 4 chilli pods, cut in half

The method of making;

Grind the curry leaves and garlic.

Wash well and cut the spinach leaves into medium sized pieces.

Add an egg to the bowl and add half a teaspoon of salt powder to it and beat it well for about two minutes untill it foams.

Heat oil in a pan and make an omelette out of this egg on low heat.

Now add two tablespoons of oil to the pan and add ground curry leaves and garlic.

Then add green chillies and chopped b onions and add half teaspoon of salt powder to it.

Add chilli pieces and chopped tomatoes.

Now add chopped spinach leaves.

Finally , add the omelette pieces, stir well and remove from the heat.

This is very nutritious dish. Also very delicious scrambled spinach.This scrambled spinach can be enjoyed by all members of the family.
