- 100g of mushroom
- Two cloves of chopped garlic
- A large onion, chopped sticks
- Curry leaves
- Pandan leaves
- A few cinnamon sticks
- A capsicum cut into circles
- One sliced tomato
- Three tablespoons of oil
- Half cup of condensed coconut milk
- A teaspoon of chilli powder
- Two teaspoons of meat curry powder
- Half teaspoon of turmeric powder
- A teaspoon of salt powder
The method of making;
Wash the mushrooms once in salt water and two or three times in normal water, cut into thin strips.
Now add chilli powder, meat curry powder and turmeric powder to it and stir well.
Now heat a pan and keep the flame on medium and add oil to it. When the oil is hot, add the chopped garlic.
Then add curry leaves and pandan leaves to it. Then add the cinnamon pieces.
Now add the chopped onions and saute and keep the flame on low.
Now add the mushrooms and stir well.
Add coconut oil.
Add the capsicum and tomatoes and cook for seven to eight minutes, keeping the heat on the stove low.
Add the chopped fish, chillies and tomatoes and cook for seven to eight minutes, keeping the heat on the stove low.
Since this dish is called a tempura, coconut milk is added to it, so it has a thick gravy.Very tasty. Best with an afternoon main meal.After everything is boiled, only one color comes out. However, my dear friends, try this delicious mushroom tempura.
