Let's taste the slightly spicy, stuffed capsicums curry.
Hello my loving Hiveans,
How are you, Good evening to all my dear friends. As usual, I trust that all my dear friends are very well and very happy. So we have two relaxing days ahead. As a weekend, we should all be able to fulfill our personal affairs as we think. As usual, I came today with another recipe of the art that I love. This is the fish and chili filling. But I have made this fish and chilli filling as vegetarian. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- 500 grams of capsicum
- Half a cup of coconut milk
- Two tablespoons of coconut oil
- A few of curry leaves
- A few cinnamon barks
- A tamarind seed
- Two chopped green chillies
- Three chopped large onions
- Four chopped garlic
- A few pandan leaves
- Two tablespoons of chilli pieces
- Half teaspoon of curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of mustard seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric paste ( can use
powder also)
The method of making;
First heat a pan and add oil to it and when the oil heats add few cinnamon pieces. Then add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
After about thirty seconds add the curry leaves, pandan leaves and chopped garlic and stir well.
Now reduce the heat on the stove and after about a minute, add the chopped onions. Stir like this for about a minute again.
Now add turmeric, curry powder and salt powder, then mix well.
Add chilli pieces and tamarind seed and stir on low flame for about 2 minutes.
Now add about three table spoons of coconut milk and stir well again for about three minutes on low flame, remove from the stove and put it in another bowl and let it cool down.
Now wash and clean the capsicums and cut it into pieces as shown in the picture and remove the seeds.
Now fill this capsicum pod with the
onion mixture prepared earlier.
Now take another pan and place these stuffed fish and chili pods. Then add the remaining onion mixture to it.
Now add coconut milk to the pan.
Cook on low flame within a minute.
Now turn off the stove and cover with a lid and keep it for about a minute and remove it from the stove.
It's a bit spicy, but really very tasty. This stuffed capsicums, made in a different way than we usually make it, is not a curry, but it is really very tasty. I think that those who love capsicums as well as vegetarians and those who want to eat a bit spicy can enjoy it.
Warmly thanking you for reading.

Stuff capsicum is one of my favourite recipe, but we make it in some different way. We use chickpea flour as a main stuffing agent. I would like to try your recipe.
