Bare Naked trees

Hello Hello Hivians.

I often make a post for #WednesdayWalk but today as has been happening lately I was busy and had not planned to make one.

However when I was out walking this afternoon/evening to meet Mrs T at her bus stop it reminded me of the same walk I took in November.

The sky was a gorgeous blue.

These guys do a pretty steady trade with their car washing business.

I think I show you a railway bridge or two that goes over the road.

image.png

This one as you can see is just for pedestrains.

It actually does to a side street with the high school on the left and the local park on the right.

image.png

I am not sure about you, but this in a bizarre way reminds me of an old fashioned water tower.

image.png

I know I know it is switchgear or signalling stuff on the railway line but still it reminds me of that water tower up in the air!

image.png

The lack of leaves on the tree today also reminded me of Novemeber time.

image.png

Whilst we are now coming out of winter (at fluffing last) in these pictures and this walk we are just heading into winter!

image.png

Asda are one of the local grocery or supermarket chains over here, this is one of their delivery trucks. Although they do have a couple of shops in town. I don't use them.

They used to be owned by Walmart a few years ago.

image.png

Conifers or evergreen trees. Not all of our trees get naked in the winter by shedding their leaves. Although they are bare they are still funky as they reveal their natural shape.

image.png

This is the corner entrance to the Park, it is also where the two ancient lions are. It is also where the gate house is being renovated into a nursery I believe.

image.png

Next up is the roundabout that separates urban Kirkcaldy with ruralshire .... It is actually the road that if you follow will come to the buffalo farm.

Yes you heard right, we have a buffalo farm. I need to have a wander there one day and have that as my walk.

What do you think?

Actually I just heard they are in trouble and closed the Buffalo founders club.

image.png

This post is also my third March 2024 walk for #wednesdaywalk which was started by the wonderful @tattoodjay.

Thanks for visiting and enjoy the rest of your day!

All images and ramblings are from me, the mad Scotsman TengoLoTodo and from my November walk in Kirkcaldy in Scotland. Photos taken with my smartphone.

That's a cool old railway bridge. Like a portal to a strange land!

Looking forward to when you'll have a walk into the buffalo farm. I'm sure you'll take nice pictures as usual.

Looks like such a nice place to live. I bet it's nice in summer when it's all green!

Bright sunny day, seeing things in a different light now the warmer months arrive. Perhaps that walk to Buffalo farm is on the cards sooner than later.

Awesome walk about town with railway bridge, brick houses, lovely roads passing through.
