It is Tuesday already and that means it is #ttt or #threetunetuesday

While @ablaze is nursing his hangover go and check out his post to see what it is all about.
He has a theme of holidays today!

So let's see what tenuous link I can use to play three tunes!

Holidays - well we are tourists when we are on holiday aren't we?

Hell yeah we are so let's kick off with a tune from The Tourists, a band you might not have heard of. Annie Lennox of Eurythmics fame, remember her, well she and Dave Stewart when the mainstays of The Tourists before they formed Eurythmics.

This song I found particularly apt to follow the Holidays theme

One thing I love about ttt is that I end playing tunes that I have not listened to for flipping ages, and then visiting other ttt blogs and listening to some more!

Take now, I just listened for an hour to The Tourists while doing some work, so let me share my second tune from The Tourists.

Sometimes on holiday, you fall out with people or you just go on a romantic getaway, either way I love this song!

The only problem with The Tourists that like many bands of the late 70s their songs were too bloody short!

Have you been like me and hitting that volume up as we go along!
Hit it higher and let's zip off to Canada!
Hey we are being tourists right, do you like to go the beach when on holiday?

I love the beach either on a normal day or on holiday.

So let's round this post off with a blast from the past and let's return to Echo Beach with Martha and the Muffins!
