Walk fast for food!
Hello Hello Hivians.
I often make a post for #WednesdayWalk but today I was busy and had not planned to make one.
However when I was out walking this afternoon this all changed ....
However, as I was walking this afternoon to meet Mrs from her work, did I not just notice how blue the sky was...
Have a look and see if you agree!
Yes I saw that blue sky which by the way was about 5pm!
Yep spring is coming, the longer days are on their way...
So out came the phone and clickety click my walk this Wednesday afternoon the 13th of March is going into immortality on this blockchain Hive of ours...
We have had such a miserable February and March has not been much better.
We are lucky we have access to great public transport. Buses, trains, parks and the sea are all within a 12 minute walk from our house.
We even have this handy wee shopping complex right at the bus stop where I meet Mrs T.
I actually get cash from the ATM. They are fast disappearing.
The other good thing is that this Tesco opens at 6am even on a Sunday. It can be handy when I have forgotten to get something for Mrs T's Sunday breakfast.
I said we lived close to the sea, and you can see it down there.
And here comes the bus!
The bridges you see in this post are for the local railway.
I was hoping to snap a picture with a train on them.
Pizza says Mrs T!
Actually we don't get Pizza's over here, they are crap compared to the States.
The Sun Shack very nearly got my business this winter, I seriously missed sun!
These longer days mean that we shall be walking through the park and having evening walks!
Spring time and look as those gorgeous daffodils!
The trees on the right are part of Beveridge Park and every day we walk past these For Sale houses.
One is Sold and the other one is still For Sale, curious as it has been up for sale for quite a while.
Now I have Mrs T badgering me to see what it is like etc ...
The other bridge and yep no train crossing it when I wanted to take a picture.
Don't you love heather! Especially in Scotland.
Bobby's was a lunch time takeaway that closed, I never tried it.
Tomorrow Rangers play in the Europa League. Two years ago when they got to the Final, I had a tradition of having takeout each night played.
So ...
After I saw that Pizza shop whilst waiting for Mrs T i ordered a takeaway, but was it Pizza.....
It is called a Mega Box and it does quite a few meals!
It was mighty fine as they say, and hopefully Rangers get the win they need tomorrow!

Longer days this month yeah! Even here it was still bright
The chips were chunky, proper chips and you would have loved them. Yes it won't be long before it is light at four in the morning again 😁

Hehe it is a busyline as the direct line toEdinburgh and there are slow and high speed trains ...

That is a blessedly blue sky! Very nice. When I was scrolling through I almost thought that was a Radio Shack. I was quickly taken back to my days in retail sales!
I assume Tesco has really been of help to you for quick food.
The contents of the mega box look so delicious.
I know Rangers are going to win their game.
Well Rangers are home tonight and the crowd will be electric. Yes will be eating and cheering hehe!

Are the houses there very expensive?
Not as expensive as big cities like Edinburgh, but yes easy to spend two or three hundred thousand without even trying. Hehe yes a short half hour walk.

Village still looks as neat as a pin, with quaint buildings, beach, shopping around for good food.
Take away boxed looks excellent selection, some additional sunlight creeping up North, nothing beats sunshine!
Nice, unexpected #WednesdayWalk with plenty of great photos you got in the end! I like it when that happens to me, that I see one nice thing, then another, and in the end, I finish with 80 photos from a walk where I didn't want to take photos... 😃
Seeing that photo with "tanning salon", reminded me of when I came to Spain for the first time, had 20 sunny days in a row, and spotted a tanning salon in the town! Like, WTH? Who will go there when you are living in a place where you have 330 sunny days in a year? 😃
Btw. you had great weather for a walk! Nice "pizza" 🤣
