Minnow update and graduates
This project keeps on supporting small accounts. The number of minnows is gradually increasing. We just need to seek them out and give them votes, if they are creating good content.
The criteria for getting support from this project are:
- Should not already be a minnow. The threshold is about 550 HP, but it gradually increases.
- Good content
- Not powering down
- Being active in the community. That includes comments and giving out votes.
The following people have graduated fairly recently and so will no longer get votes from us. By now they should have built up a following who support them. Nobody should be relying on just votes from automated systems. You want people to actually be reading and responding to your posts.

We do need a lot more active accounts. If you know people who gave up then it's worth talking to them about it. I get that other things may take priority.
I think leo's threads feature might help to keep users more engaged =)

What are the numbers in the grey area of all bars?
Those are inactive users. Some will be bots or bulk-created accounts, but we have lost a lot of users. We need to bring some of them back.
interested in maybe receiving support from this project if I'm eligible, but definitely in supporting the project itself whether I am or not. I dig the concept and think more effort should be similarly directed I guess

Yes, dolphin is the next level, but this project concentrates on the lower levels. Once people have a decent stake they should be able to find their own way.
