La amistad femenina verdadera existe y creo que no es extraña de encontrar, las mujeres somos seres que por naturaleza nos gusta convivir y compartir actividades en grupo, aunque claro que entre carácter y personalidades muchas podemos chocar unas con otras, pero la amistad verdadera existe y creo que lo realmente desafiante es lograr mantener el contacto con el tiempo, porque ese amor perdura y vive inalterable a pesar de la distancia y los silencios.

La creencia de que la amistad femenina verdadera es rara de encontrar nunca me ha influenciado, muchos menos en la forma en que me acerco a otras personas, porque siempre he creído que la amistad se construye, se nutre, se respeta y cuida, y por sobre todo no puede ser fingida o forzada.

Los aspectos que más he llegado a apreciar de la amistad femenina es la delicadeza y ternura que guardamos unas con otras, la capacidad de empatizar y entendernos con pocas palabras; otro aspecto que valoro mucho es lo protectora y solidarias que somos unas con otras en cualquier etapa de nuestra vida.

Las mujeres pasamos por tantas etapas de la vida y en todas, nuestras amigas son un elemento vital que nos ayuda a continuar, a tomar decisiones importantes, también su presencia y opinión enriquece cada momento, sea como estudiantes, como jóvenes adultos, como madres o cuidadoras. Ellas están allí, como la hermana de sangre que nuestros padres no nos dieron.

Creo que construir una amistad femenina con intensión no es difícil, dicen que todo lo valioso en la vida cuesta trabajo pero yo creo que la amistad verdadera florece y se manifiesta de manera pura, mágicamente espontánea, como si conocieras de toda la vida a esa persona, como si encontraras una parte de tu alma que siempre hizo falta y no sabías dónde estaba. Es como, que una parte de tu corazón perdida de tu corazón es por fin encontrada.

True female friendship exists, and I don’t think it’s hard to find. We women are, by nature, beings who enjoy spending time together and sharing group activities, although, of course, due to differences in temperament and personality, many of us may clash with one another. But true friendship does exist, and I believe the real challenge is managing to stay in touch over time, because that love endures and remains unchanged despite distance and periods of silence.

The belief that true female friendship is rare has never influenced me, much less the way I approach other people, because I’ve always believed that friendship is built, nurtured, respected, and cherished—and above all, it cannot be faked or forced.

The aspects I’ve come to appreciate most about female friendship are the thoughtfulness and tenderness we show one another, and our ability to empathize and understand each other with just a few words; another aspect I value greatly is how protective and supportive we are of one another at every stage of our lives.

We women go through so many stages in life, and in all of them, our friends are a vital part of helping us move forward and make important decisions; their presence and opinions also enrich every moment, whether as students, young adults, mothers, or caregivers. They’re there for us, like the blood sister our parents didn’t give us.

I think that intentionally building a friendship with another woman isn’t difficult. They say that everything valuable in life takes effort, but I believe that true friendship blossoms and manifests itself in a pure, magically spontaneous way—as if you’ve known that person your whole life, as if you’ve found a part of your soul that was always missing and you didn’t know where it was. It’s as if a lost part of your heart has finally been found.
