He did what he did because he just want to start business and starting earning. There is no plan in place. He saw other people doing it and he feels it is good to try trade too. Because of no basic guide, he failed. We have people who are also guilty of this act too. They are ashamed to tell people that they failed.

• Survey: Don't play with this aspect. The survey that I am referring to is that you will first of all pay a visit to the environment or locality which you want to set your business on. Carry out a very neat and proper investigate to know what the people in that environment truly needs. After that, you can fall back home and plan on how to strike.

• Marketing: I am one person that doesn't plays with marketing. I make sure that I uses them to give my business a voice. They are numerous ways to market your product. Television, Radio, face to face approach, Newspaper and social media is a tool that you can use to give your business voice.

• Open seperate account for your business: The reason you need this is to be able to know the amount of money running into your business and the ones going out.

• Record keeping: Make sure that you keep track of the day to day record of activities that is being run daily. This will help to cross check any form of irregularities in the business.

• Staff: Those working for the success of your business for it to be a success should not be neglected. You should learn to be a better CEO to them.
