Beer Saturday - Colorado Vixnu

As usual, I decided to enjoy a nice beer today and my choice was the Colorado Vixnu. This is an Imperial IPA that is 9,5% ABV.
Colorado was a traditional brewery from a small city in Brazil but some years ago it was acquired by Ambev, one of the biggest beverage companies in the world. There was a common fear that the quality would decrease after the acquisition but I don't think that was the case.
This is not a premium beer by any means but I still found it very enjoyable. It has the strong, present flavour that you would expect from an IPA even though I think it could be a little more bitter.

The weather was not what most would call ideal for a beer but I have no issue with that and enjoyed my Vixnu all the same! I hope you had a good Saturday as well and see you next week.
