Tele Tuesday - Returning with a rock jam
Hello everyone! After a long-ish absence, I'm returning with my weekly #TeleTuesday post!
I was sick for the past couple of weeks and didn't feel like recording or posting much but I'm much better now so let's get the show back on the road!
I have a couple new projects that I hope to share here soon but, for today I'm bringing a good old rock n' roll jam!
I found this backing track on You Tube and I thought it would be really nice to jam with so I played around a little bit.
Not 100% satisfied with my technique but I'm actually happy with the sound!
As always, I used my loal custom Tele guitar, a Meteoro amp and a Boss OD-20 pedal, set to sound as a Tube Screamer. I just love this Tube Screamer setting where you set the amp on the edge of breakup, turn the Drive on the TS all the way down and crank up the volume!

Yeah, my playing is not that great! One of the reasons I've been hesitant. New backpacker guitar to review though. I'll try and strum a few chords! Hopefully it comes out OK. I'm self conscious. 🤣
