DESAYUNANDO CON PERICO RENDIDOR Y NUTRITIVO [Esp-Eng]
Greetings to all my dear Hivers. I am going to share with you a recipe that helped me save money and apply economy at home. I learned how to make a half carton of eggs. You will need few ingredients and it is a healthy and nutritious recipe. The chicken egg is a protein, the zucchini is a vegetable and both provide vitamins and minerals to our body. This recipe is special for times of economic crisis and is enough for two adults.
INGREDIENTS:
1 egg, 1 medium zucchini, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons oil or 3 tablespoons water.
PREPARATION:
Wash the zucchini, divide it in two parts and grate only one part. Place the grated zucchini, salt and egg in a container, then stir all the ingredients with a spoon until well mixed.
Then we place over medium heat, a pan with two tablespoons of oil or 3 tablespoons of water (use water), when it boils we pour the mixture and start stirring until it is completely dry and cooked.
Finally, we serve it with the side dish that we like (bread, rice, soda crackers, among others), we opted for the traditional corn arepa and a little bit of butter that will give it the touch of madness, Ummm divine, enjoy it.
