I NEED TO START BLOGGING MORE WITH THIS ACCOUNT
Since I (@bradleyarrow) and my wife (@cathyarrow started The BBH Foundation I was hoping that the Hive community was going to jump on board. Besides the first day that I launched the foundation not much Hive or HBD has come in. I have even tagged @valueplan as I don't know how to get ahold of them, but have not heard back from them.
If this is the first time reading about the foundation here is the basics. We are looking to sponser families in Cuba that need financial help. Looking to donate an equivilent of Hive and or HBD $100 US dollars. We are starting in Cuba but we plan on, if we can get donatation to come in.
The idea is not just to give money away, the idea is to teach them about HIve, that is why we are donating HBD/Hive to them. That way they have to become members of the Hive community.
And let me tell you the first family is doing fantastic.
@valderalazaro got 13 days in a row blogging, and if he gets his blog done today that will be two weeks. He is understanding the power of Hive and what earning on here can do for him and his family. In doing so he has onboarded his own wife and she did here first blog post yesterday. @diazktty.
I need to thank @hivecuba for bringing me up to speed on how many things are in place for moving Hive/HBD into Cuban Pesos.
This is a simple concept, we are helping others to help themselves through Hive and also grow Hive at the same time.
I know people will step up, I just need to, as you know I am, stay consistant with my message.

Desde que mi esposa (@cathyarrow) y yo (@bradleyarrow) fundamos la Fundación BBH, esperaba que la comunidad Hive se uniera. Sin embargo, salvo el primer día del lanzamiento, no hemos recibido muchas donaciones de Hive ni de HBD. Incluso etiqueté a @valueplan, ya que no sé cómo contactarlos, pero no he recibido respuesta.
Si es la primera vez que lees sobre la fundación, aquí tienes lo básico: buscamos patrocinar familias en Cuba que necesitan ayuda económica. Queremos donar el equivalente a 100 dólares estadounidenses en Hive o HBD. Empezamos en Cuba, pero planeamos expandirnos si conseguimos donaciones.
La idea no es solo dar dinero, sino enseñarles sobre Hive; por eso les donamos HBD/Hive. De esa manera, se convierten en miembros de la comunidad Hive.
Y déjenme decirles que la primera familia está progresando. ¡Fantástico!

I really appreciate the vision behind the BBH foundation and what you are trying to build for Cuba and beyond. I’ve been on Hive for about 9 months now (@vladimirmf), and I can say from my own experience that I fully understand the potential this platform has to positively impact Cuban families.
I started from zero, and through consistency and learning, I’ve managed to grow to more than 700 HP. It hasn’t been easy. In Cuba, we face serious limitations: high internet costs, ongoing electricity issues, and in my case, I work from a very old phone with battery problems. Although I have earned on Hive, I’ve had to sell part of my rewards just to cover basic needs, which slows down my growth.
Even so, my goal is clear. Hive is not just about money—it’s about opportunity, growth, and knowledge. The only thing I regret is not having started earlier.
My family is also part of Hive: my wife (@noraydaap), my daughter (@lianny), and my son-in-law (@edward777). From our perspective, platforms like Hive can truly make a difference here. To give some context, my monthly salary is around 6000–6500 CUP, while on platforms like HiveP2P, 1 HBD can be exchanged for over 580 CUP. With consistency, earning even 10 HBD per month can nearly double a family's income.
That said, growth in HP is slow under these conditions. This is why initiatives like yours are so important. Donations in Hive or HBD—focused on building and powering up rather than spending—can help new users stay, grow, and truly understand the ecosystem.
As we say, it’s not about giving fish, but teaching how to fish. Your idea aligns very well with that principle.

Realmente aprecio la visión detrás de la fundación BBH y lo que estás tratando de construir para Cuba y más allá. Llevo alrededor de 9 meses en Hive (@vladimirmf), y puedo decir por mi propia experiencia que entiendo completamente el potencial que tiene esta plataforma para impactar positivamente a las familias cubanas.
Empecé desde cero, y con constancia y aprendizaje, he logrado crecer hasta más de 700 HP. No ha sido fácil. En Cuba enfrentamos serias limitaciones: altos costos de internet, problemas constantes con la electricidad, y en mi caso, trabajo desde un teléfono muy viejo con problemas de batería. Aunque he ganado en Hive, he tenido que vender parte de mis recompensas solo para cubrir necesidades básicas, lo que ralentiza mi crecimiento.
Aun así, mi objetivo está claro. Hive no es solo dinero, es oportunidad, crecimiento y conocimiento. Lo único de lo que me arrepiento es de no haber empezado antes.

People here really need to understand what Hive can represent, not just as income, but as a real opportunity to grow and build something long term. What you are doing with BBH can make a big difference, especially for new users who need guidance and a starting push.

Yo también me he propuesto un objetivo en Hive, lo he publicado en mis post, aunque no tan altruista como el de ustedes, realmente no cuento con los medios necesarios pero si con la disposición
