My country holds some nations some amount of debt and we also host the United Nations to especially the International Monetary Fund and also aware that there are some African countries that has borrowed from Nigeria and they haven't paid because the economy is yet.

So we borrow from here and we also learned to another person. Then I've heard of United States borrowing from China.
