Matcha Creamsicles With Blueberries And Coconut Milk

Well I guess weekend is here .... & hence lets not waste any time in serious talks.

Do try these matcha popsicles which are purely vegan and absolute decadent to consume.

Me and my neighbour always wanted to experiment and create unique flavoured popsicles but every time the either of us would be occupied with our day job and when finally we get a day off together we have to spend it with out families. So today we just finally decided to ditch everything and everyone and just finish up creating a damn Popsicle 😂

Here's a quick recipe you can try:

  • 1 cup blueberries roasted in oven at 180 °C for 10 mins along with 1 tbsp honey & a pinch of himalayan pink salt. Once done, scrape up all the blueberry pulp & let it cool down.

  • In a blender add in 1 cup of coconut full fat milk, 1 tsp of matcha green tea powder, 1 tbsp of honey, a pinch of pink salt, 1/2 avocado, 1 tsp of vanilla extract and blend it at high speed till it's all smooth & creamy.

  • Pour 1 tbsp of the blueberry pulp into each mould & then add matcha mixture to level it up.

  • Freeze overnight & demold to devour.
