Palkemon! - Unleash the Beast - Part thirteen
Exploring mines and a new saddle is made
Down in the Falls Mineshaft behind the waterfall which is a cool place to relax, a boss Fenglope could be found and while it is only a level 25, this was a good fight as 477 had chosen to use his Fenglope as well for the battle of the Fenglopes!
He was of course victorious, managing to catch this boss version and getting some time to enjoy the waterfall at the entrance.
Mineshaft exploration continue, Devout's Mineshaft is the next choice and a tougher fight. It was against the Elizabee boss which has Beegarde with it that you have to be very cautious of!
These Pals will explode and do a good amount of damage so hovering on Vanwyrm was the right choice until the Beegarde were gone. This opened up the ability to continue weakening the Elizabee enough, getting yet another boss catch to add to the collection!
Making a trip back down to the Pal shop by the water and checking out what there was, a Vanwyrm that looks decent as doesn't have a negative passive is available to buy and 477 goes ahead and purchases it so he can trade it with his current one.
This leads into finding a Ragnahawk out over the water further down the beach, after taking time to travel.
It manages to do a lot of damage and getting 477 down lower, it continues for a short while with the capture of it being successful, another to the collection!
Look at the beautiful site of this location and how cool would it be to live here with a base, shame there isn't much flat spot for building except just below on this beach spot where Pals roam.
Nevermind that when farming more Pal kills was the goal right now and facing more Fenglopes and also Incineram, well multiple fights brings out the level 36 and the more the leveling can be achieved the better for Pal levels!
Further inland and the reason 477 had to be flying because of the terrain and height, he came across the fast travel point for the boss tower in this area. Something to be saved for now in case it is a hard fight but he won't know until he tries!
Nothing much more exciting was happening apart from some of the usual things, right now that was making the Quivern saddle to ride the majestic beast as it is both cute and majestic at the same time, just look at it and its wings as well.
It was tested as with all Pals a new saddle was made for and just getting its level up a little bit close to being in the 30's which would require quite a few fights and heaps of crafting.
Over on another island not usually travelled yet were some new things to experience. There was mining pure quartz which would be used for crafting something but that won't be determined yet, Pal Genetic Research humans were out hunting and attacked, they had to be taking care off by Suzaku of course, some giga spheres and a gold key for a chest that needs it were the cool drops from killing them.
After facing off against another group of those guys while exploring the island, a Black Marketeer was chilling on the cliff elsewhere here, selling Pals that upon checking out, the only good ones were a Mau Cryst and Kingpaca. So the Cryst was bought in order to increase gold production back in base with having another in the grazing pen.
Further into this island was the snow covered mountains bringing in the cold and new Pals which intrigued 477 to explore, as expected.. But what he didn't know is it reached night time and even though the cold resistant armour was being worn, the night in the snow area cold temperatures would be bringing so much cold, he would freeze to death out there.
Once back awake and in the daytime at base one he wanted to chill out a bit and not of the kind that would kill him again like what just happened, but no a raid of Bushi came and attacked, there was so much going on that 477 couldn't get any shots off amongst the chaos but his Pals defending were taking all the Bushi out so that he could chill like he wanted to.
