Tina the Maneater part #9 - New apex hunt and enemies
Speedy little things aren't they
Warning: This game has a lot of blood and eating, so be prepared for a lot of dead marine life and humans throughout this series!
Unfortunately I also have a issue with falling asleep so easily right now while working on the post for you all! So apologies, if there are any typos/misinterpreted parts of a sentence haha!
Taking in the scenery was nice for a while but it is nicer now that Tina is in the new Golden Shores Grotto.
This allowed her to be upgrading what she needed ranging from the Tiger Body to get better nutrients, upgrading the Adrenal Gland to increase Tina's speed and evasion, or her heart to toughen it and her up for the fights against all these hunters.
This all leads into going out for a new hunt soon enough.. she first had to collect something and play around on the roads by the Golden Shores water, this includes going in a swimming pool to keep her going longer for air.
Further along in the Golden Shores amongst some quest areas, was something more deadly in the water. It was the Mako shark, a vicious but also agile and fast beast that was all around the place while Tina made her speed shown as a way to add fear in the Mako Shark, it is the main thing she could try but it was to no luck, so it was onto destroying this group of Mako sharks to be able to proceed.
After they were dealt with, Tina knew of a food source that would help boost the goodies she would be eating and this can easily be found.. through the golf course humans and the ease of which they can make it through, into the stomach of the mighty maneater because they can never be safe unless they are really far in, on the land.
Another fight but this time with 3 Mako's at once. "Wow they sure are coming at me with full force which means I should do the same." Tina said as she modified how she swam and picked up the pace in her attacks, so she would be able to use speed to get attacks onto the Mako's.
But the Mako's had the same sort of idea by doing some coordinated attacking in an attempt to come out on top, thinking Tina was an easy win. But like always she was able to overcome the challenge, to prove her strength once more and this gained her level 13!
A victory leap into the air was performed, which is followed by a quick stop off in a cave filled with the King Mackarel and helps to relax for a short while.
"If I wasn't going to get a rest, I would definitely be completely wiped with no way of going for this next apex hunt to get the waters safe for me."
Then it happened. Tina met with the Apex Mako and this was one crazy and dodgy looking shark to get into a fight with, but it was necessary and it started off badly.
Tina got latched onto and hurt which was not acceptable. She went and ate some small fish to gain health, followed by going all-in and better judging the fight which led to a victory over the Apex Mako which took a little time but was very rewarding as it gave the relief of one less danger for Tina to worry about, but one step closer to having the full might required for the final boss hunters to be eaten.
Last up in today's journey for her, was to take out some more humans and splatter blood everywhere once again, leaving her mark before resting time.
Then finish up with the Hunter Mako which was quick and easy. It was just good at dodging and being quick to move about so it took Tina longer than expected.
"This has been another great day. Some rough parts though which is expected to happen but I managed to secure a common area and will enjoy the peace for a little while at leas" said Tina to herself as she happily swam away and took in on the beauty.
