Discomforting things - that discomforts you

We all have a lot of things around us and in ourselves, that discomfort us many times. Since we are already planning for long-term goals, we usually tend to ignore the temporary hiccups and keep on flowing. Slowly such discomfort becomes a part of life and needless to say that it isn't that discomforting anymore. Generally, we call this situation "A new normal". But the problem lies in this approach only. For an instance, if I give you the opportunity to pick 5 stones at max, then you will surely pick 5 stones as per your likes, desire, and comfort. Now when you are too selective while picking stones, why can't you just be attentive while onboarding new things in your life?

Why do we overlook?

The first and foremost problem that I see with many of us is that we don't give that much priority to our problems. As long as its harming me only, I will either procrastinate or will look for short-term solutions. As soon as the problem starts bothering others as well, we get attentive and try our best to fix things. I completely agree we do have priorities and society is built in such a way that we must keep others ahead of us. But just for a moment think that depriving yourself will not only become a major issue in your life, but it will also restrict you to keep sharing the goodness. How you can assume that your environment will be happy when you are depressed or stressed? And pretending to be happy is the worst thing that we do. It is actually like we are accepting and welcoming negative things in our life.

Try discomforting negatives

Now when someone says to me that they are unable to do something because of procrastination, or the habit of delaying, overlooking, or being totally ignorant, then I simply conclude my answer by saying start discomforting things that discomfort you. Don't you like to pull the legs of negative things which are taking a huge toll on you already? Won't you be enjoying giving all the negative things in your life - a hard time? There are no well-established procedures to start discomforting rather it's a war-like situation, just get in it with anything in your hand and start slaying. Don't wait for time or situation, if it's not coming anytime soon, just give your bloody negatives a hard time while staying with you.

Just Jump-in and think later, there is no good time to start making your life all good again!
