My Weakness, strength and how I use it - Hive learners

Weakness and strength both are parts of the same life. Both co-exist together and it becomes difficult to overcome especially the weakness part. Strength enhances your life but weakness gives you a new challenge to work on and without weakness, we will be either perfect or not alive. So weakness is a part of life and one should fully accept it. Just for instance what if there will be no challenge in your life, what you will be doing? Isn't the challenges the things which keep us fostering throughout our life? So having challenges is a good thing and it gives you ample opportunities to be your best part.

My #1 strength

My strength is my ability to adapt to new challenges. I find myself balanced among challenges, not giving in much nor giving up as well. I don't drag myself too much into the challenges as I do want to learn from them but not to the complete destruction of myself only. I feel the energy, and adrenaline when I am exposed to new challenges and start working on them on a positive note. I gracefully accept my failures and keep my head high. Being optimistic that it's okay if I can't do it the first time, rather the challenge will take time to be solved and so do I need - time to comprehend and get aligned with it.

My #1 weakness

Rushing - I often find myself rushing too much to solve a challenge and due to this I get low on energy and motivation easily. Then I will most of the time, suffer from the challenge rather than learning. So adaptation is okay but not able to realize the magnitude or overestimating / underestimating the seriousness causes me a lot of loss both emotionally and economically.

Solution?

I find that I am not beginning with the right mindset and hence always falling short on the challenges. So I started giving myself a bit more time to understand the problem, prepare my plan and approach it with the right mindset. I also started keeping plan B beforehand in case of failure. In the end, if not plan A then plan B but I conclude my desired results.

How do I optimally use my strength and weakness?

Adaptation helps me in getting into problems. Adaptation also helps me to understand the crux of the problem and the degree to which I ned to be involved in it. And on the rushing part, I try to keep buffer time and often take guidance or sit with myself and plan out a way. Rushing into problems is near a hit-or-miss shot. Sometimes when I am low on time rushing is the only available option and since I am a bit rushy person I find it normal and perform just good in it.

Knowing your weakness and already having a solution to it shows your intentionality to be a better person. I must say that I admire your strength of being able to adapt quickly to a not-so-familiar setting. to me, your strengthen seems like a superpower.
