[ENG-ESP] Hive logo's making of in 3D and file download

In order to support the marketing and artwork to enlarge the audience of the Hive ecosystem and its content creators, I have been involved in this new project I started two months ago: the 3D design of their logo.

Con el fin de apoyar el marketing y el material gráfico para engrandecer la audiencia del ecosistema de Hive y sus creadores de contenido, he estado involucrado en este nuevo proyecto en el que inicié desde hace dos meses: el diseño en 3D de su logotipo.

I had this idea in mind for a long time, generating possible solutions of how the 3D modelling of the Hive logo could be possible, until it occurred to me to give it a more realistic touch in the following way:

Hace mucho tenía esta idea en mente, generando posibles soluciones de cómo podría ser posible la modelación en tres dimensiones del logotipo de Hive, hasta que se me ocurrió darle un toque más realista de la manera siguiente:

For its development, I used the software Blender modelling the whole context from the vector image (SVG) of the proposed logo, scaling it dimensionally in the working area of the tool and giving a solidity to its curves independently.

Para su desarrollo, utilicé el software Blender modelando todo el contexto a partir de la imagen en vectores (SVG) del logotipo propuesto, escalándolo dimensionalmente en el área de trabajo de la herramienta y dándole una solidez a sus curvas de manera independiente.

I used a robust material that simulates a metallic surface with the hexadecimal colour #E31337 (RED) to give it a tone according to the colormap of the ecosystem logo. I added an illuminative environment made up of a solar point and an area light to make it feel a bit more realistic and a flat object that refers to a wooden structure as a bra.

Utilicé un material robusto que simula una superficie metálica con el color hexadecimal #FF0303 (ROJO) para darle un tono acorde al mapa de colores propio del logo del ecosistema. Le agregué un ambiente iluminativo conformado por un punto solar y una luz de área para que se sienta un poco más realista además de un objeto plano que hace referencia a una estructura de madera como sostén.

Using an internal camera I positioned the shot with which the image would come out focusing on the recreated object as the focal point, with a level of image detail generated by the Cycles modular engine.

Mediante una cámara interna posicioné la toma con la que saldría la imagen enfocando al objeto recreado como punto central, con un nivel de detalle de imagen generado por el motor de ingeniería modular Cycles.

I rendered the image using the aforementioned engine after working a bit more on the scene and adding a background to allow the main context to be visualised. After four hours, the image was exported from its render in a Full HD resolution that you can find for free in here along with the base object that can be used to materialise it using 3D printers.

Rendericé la imagen usando el motor anteriormente mencionado luego de trabajar un poco más la escena y agregarle un fondo que permitiera visualizar el contexto principal. Después de cuatro horas, la imagen fue exportada de su render en una resolución Full HD que puedes encontrar de manera gratuita en este link junto con el objeto base que puede ser usado para materializarlo usando impresoras 3D.

This was a first post of expository character in order to support the graphic content of the ecosystem, at the end of the year I will be launching my limited edition song that will be called Hive and will be issued as a non fungible token in the marketplace @nftshowroom focusing on bringing utilities to its holders, but I will explain all this later. Este fue un primer post de carácter expositivo en aras de apoyar el contenido gráfico del ecosistema, a finales de año estaré lanzando mi canción de edición limitada que llevará por nombre Hive y será emitida como token no fungible en el marketplace @nftshowroom enfocándose en traer las utilidades a sus holders, pero todo esto lo explicaré luego. Un gusto y espero que les pueda servir este modelado para su uso de forma general 😃
