Muchos de mis seguidores me han preguntado varias veces cuáles mercados de NFTs son los mejores, o cuál considero que sea el más llamativo o el más barato para empezar. Realmente no hay ninguno mejor, todos cumplen la misma función, que es tokenizar el contenido, ya sea musical, gráfico o audiovisual, siempre que se adapte a tus necesidades, aún así, si hay unos que cobran menos fee que otros, y de eso vamos a hablar en el día de hoy.

Many of my followers have asked me several times which NFT marketplaces are better, or which one I consider to be the most attractive or the cheapest one to start with. There really is none better, they all fulfill the same function, which is to tokenize content, whether musical, graphic or audiovisual, as long as it suits your needs, even so, if there are some that charge less fee than others, and that's what we're going to talk about today.

Después de más de seis meses de prueba en diferentes marketplaces de NFTs, he dado con una alternativa bastante factible para que los creadores y negocios que quieran crear su propia colección de tokens no fungibles puedan hacerlo de manera gratuita. Les hablo de Tellie, un página para construir contratos inteligentes personalizados sin costo en la red de Polygon.

After more than six months of testing on different NFT marketplaces, I have come up with a quite feasible alternative for creators and businesses that want to create their own collection of non-fungible tokens to do so for free. I'm talking about Tellie, a site for building custom smart contracts at no cost on the Polygon network.

Un contrato inteligente no es más que un protocolo de software autoejecutable que existe en la cadena de bloques y sirve para establecer acuerdos entre partes interesadas, permitiendo realizar transacciones o servicios sin necesidad de intermediarios. Tellie es un sitio donde puedes crear tu propia página web sin necesidad de código pero además de ello, tiene escalabilidad para crear tu colección a través de contratos de una manera muy sencilla. Debes tener en cuenta varias cosas, entre ellas, necesitarás una wallet compatible con la EVM, debes tener agregada la red de Polygon en tu billetera, y además debes haber leído la mayoría de mis posts anteriores para entender este, empezamos:

A smart contract is nothing more than a self-executing software protocol that exists on the blockchain and serves to establish agreements between interested parties, allowing transactions or services without the need for intermediaries. Tellie is a site where you can build your own website without coding anything but in addition to that, it has scalability to create your collection using smart contracts in a very easy way. You must take into account several things, among them, you will need an EVM compatible wallet, you must have added the Polygon network into it, and also you must have read most of my previous posts to understand this one, let's start:

Lo primero que debes hacer es registrarte en Tellie y editar tu perfil en el apartado Profile, donde podrás describirte con lo que mejor te caracterice o “venderte”. Te recomiendo rellenar todo el formulario ya que así tendrás mucha más interactividad con tus futuros coleccionistas y tu audiencia también sabrá identificarte.

The first thing you should do is to register in Tellie and edit your profile, you can describe yourself with what best characterizes you or "sell yourself". I recommend you to fill in the whole form as this way you will have much more interactivity with your future collectors and your audience will also know how to identify you.

Lo próximo que debes hacer es dirigirte al apartado de Drops y crear uno nuevo, es aquí donde crearás tu colección a través de un smart contract personalizado, esto lo que significa es que no tendrás que depender de ningún marketplace donde mintear tus artículos sino que además podrás vender los mismos en los principales mercados de NFTs como OpenSea y Rarible.

The next thing you should do is go to the Drops section and create a new one, this is where you will create your collection through a customized smart contract, this means that you wont have to depend on any marketplace where you can sell your items but you can also sell them in the main NFTs marketplaces such as OpenSea or Rarible.

Para ello, conectarás tu wallet, y colocarás el nombre que identifique a tu colección, además de una breve descripción de la misma, añadiéndole una foto de perfil y de portada (ambas necesarias para aumentar la visibilidad dinámica). Ten en cuenta que podrás escoger el símbolo del token que la representa y proveerle liquidez luego si así lo deseas, pero eso es para más adelante. Por ahora, debes conocer que una vez creada, esta acción no tiene vuelta atrás.

To do this, you will connect your wallet, and you'll add the name that identifies your collection, as well as a brief description of it, adding a profile picture and a cover photo (both necessary to increase the dynamic visibility of the collection). Note that you can choose the token symbol that represents it and provide it with liquidity later if you wish, but that is for later. For now, you should know that once created, this action has no way back.

Sí puedes editar los datos de tu colección pero no puedes borrarla si ya se ha firmado el bloque que mintea su token raíz, por lo que te recomiendo que elijas bien si lo que quieres es crear una colección acá, ya que tiene un límite de drops. Ahora viene lo interesante, vas a poder tokenizar cuantas obras quieras dentro del contrato que acabas de crear, eligiendo archivos multimedia en formato de imagen, audio o vídeo, en las que también le añadirás a cada uno, un nombre, una descripción y el contenido.

You can edit the data of your collection but you can't delete it if it's already signed the block that undermines its root token, so I recommend that you to choose well if you want to create a collection here, as it has a limit of drops. Now comes the interesting part, you will be able to tokenize as many works as you want within the contract you have just created, choosing multimedia files in image, audio or video format, in which you will also add a name, a description and the content to each one.

Destacar que si el contenido que creas se considera NSFW o contenido para adultos debes marcarlo como tal, elige cuidadosamente la cantidad de copias que quieres crear y las regalías a generar en mercados secundarios. Los valores que proporciones a cada ítem son permanentes y no pueden ser alterados, así que revísalos bien y asegúrate de tener todos los derechos sobre el contenido que estás tokenizando.

Note that if the content you create is considered NSFW you must mark it as such, choose carefully the amount of copies you want to create and the royalties to generate in secondary markets. The values you provide for each item are permanent and cannot be altered, so check them well and make sure you have all the rights to the content you are tokenizing.

Una vez hayas terminado, le darás a Create on Polygon y se te pedirá firmar tu token creado con tu wallet, después de firmar, se te abrirá un panel donde podrás elegir el precio de venta, para ello, tienes que habilitar las ventas en la vista del menú principal de tu colección con el botón Enable Sales. Elije la cantidad de copias que quieres vender y su precio en dólares.

Once you are done, you will click on Create on Polygon and you will be asked to sign your token created with your wallet, after signing, you will open a panel where you can choose the sale price, for this, you have to enable sales in the main menu view of your collection with the Enable Sales button. Choose the number of copies you want to sell and its price in dollars.

Los NFTs listados acá estarán disponibles en venta en la moneda $MATIC de Polygon a una tasa de cambio en USD según la fluctuación del mercado de forma secuencial, y tus coleccionistas podrán comprarlos usando $MATIC también, pero una vez se efectúe una compra, el dinero te llegará a tu wallet en la moneda $USDC de la misma red. Tellie cobra el 10% de cada venta de activo luego de la compra, aún así, si tu intención no es venderlos, puedes tokenizar contenido usando el mismo procedimiento.

The NFTs listed here will be available for sale in Polygon's $MATIC currency at an exchange rate in USD according to the market fluctuation sequentially, and your collectors will be able to buy them using $MATIC as well, but once a purchase is made, the money will come to your wallet in the same network's $USDC currency. Tellie charges 10% of each asset sale after the purchase, even so, if your intention is not to sell them, you can tokenize content using the same procedure.

Puedes visualizar tu colección en el menú principal de Drops con la opción VIew Collection in Tellie. Si ya seguiste las instrucciones, felicidades, ya creaste tu propio smart contract para tus coleccionables, pero no termina ahí. Si quieres visualizar y vender tu colección en mercados como OpenSea o Rarible sólo tienes que dirigirte a tu perfil en cualquiera de los dos marketplaces (Hidden en OpenSea) y listar tus coleccionables. ¿Cool eh? Minteas en un sólo lugar y te sale en los demás.

You can view your collection in the Drops main menu with the VIew Collection in Tellie option. If you have already followed the instructions, congratulations, you have created your own smart contract for your collectibles, but it doesn't end there. If you want to visualize and sell your collection in marketplaces like OpenSea or Rarible you just have to go to your profile in any of the two marketplaces (Hidden in OpenSea) and list your collectibles. Cool uh? You mint in one place and you get listed in others.

Con esta opción, podrás crear un sinfín de NFTs sin tener que invertir absolutamente nada y sí estarán en tu wallet (no como en otros marketplaces) permitiéndote reunir todos tus trabajos en un sólo lugar y tener a tu audiencia agrupada en tu propia página.
