Movement is always beneficial to the body and mind, especially when done in nature. It may do wonders for the body's and mind's accumulated emotions.
Seeing nature must have a significant beneficial impact on one's health.

These are beautiful, especially the second frame. I haven't been going on much walks recently and I know my body hates it, hope to do better. Thank you for the lovely photos.❣️
