Where peaceful views meet dizzying heights.#Monomad

समुदाय के प्यारे सदस्यों को नमस्कार। मुझे आशा है कि आप सभी अच्छे होंगे और अपने प्रियजनों के साथ गुणवत्तापूर्ण समय का आनंद ले रहे है।

It was the second time I was passing by this road, but the view still made me stop for a while. On one side of the road, there was a narrow walkway with railings, and from there the hills looked beautiful. Houses were spread across the hills, stacked one above another, with roads curving around them.

यह दूसरी बार था जब मैं इस सड़क से गुजर रही थी, लेकिन वहाँ का दृश्य फिर भी मुझे कुछ देर रुकने पर मजबूर कर गया। सड़क के एक तरफ रेलिंग वाली एक संकरी वॉकवे थी, और वहाँ से पहाड़ बहुत खूबसूरत दिख रहे थे। पहाड़ियों पर घर एक के ऊपर एक बने हुए थे और उनके बीच से घुमावदार सड़कें गुजर रही थीं।

Some buildings stood right at the edge of the slopes, making me wonder how people even built homes there. From far away, the town looked peaceful, almost like a miniature world placed carefully on the hills.

कुछ इमारतें पहाड़ियों के बिल्कुल किनारे पर बनी हुई थीं, जिन्हें देखकर मुझे हैरानी हो रही थी कि लोगों ने वहाँ घर आखिर बनाए कैसे होंगे। दूर से पूरा शहर बहुत शांत दिखाई दे रहा था, जैसे पहाड़ों पर बहुत सावधानी से बसाई गई कोई छोटी-सी दुनिया हो।

But the moment I looked down from the railing, the feeling changed completely. The height felt scary. Looking below gave a sense of how steep the hills really were. Tiny roads twisted around the mountains, and small cars slowly moved through the curves. From above, the vehicles looked so small.

लेकिन जैसे ही मैंने रेलिंग से नीचे देखा, पूरा एहसास बदल गया। इतनी ऊँचाई सच में डरावनी लग रही थी। नीचे देखने पर महसूस हुआ कि पहाड़ियाँ वास्तव में कितनी खड़ी हैं। छोटी-छोटी सड़कें पहाड़ों के चारों ओर घूमती हुई जा रही थीं और उन घुमावदार रास्तों पर गाड़ियाँ धीरे-धीरे चल रही थीं। ऊपर से देखने पर वे वाहन बहुत छोटे दिखाई दे रहे थे।

There was an old house standing quietly on the hillside. Near it was another structure with a tin roof covered with stones. It looked unusual at first, but it was probably done to stop the tin sheets from moving or flying away during strong storms and winds.

पहाड़ी के किनारे एक पुराना घर चुपचाप खड़ा था। उसके पास ही एक और ढांचा था जिसकी टिन की छत पर पत्थर रखे हुए थे। पहली नज़र में यह थोड़ा अजीब लगा, लेकिन शायद ऐसा तेज़ तूफानों और हवाओं के दौरान टिन की चादरों को हिलने या उड़ने से रोकने के लिए किया गया होगा।

The scene also had a lonely feeling to it. The steep hills, dark shadows, scattered houses, and winding roads together created a view that felt both beautiful and slightly unsettling at the same time. Even though the place looked peaceful, the height and depth of the valley constantly reminded me how powerful the hills can feel.

उस दृश्य में एक अजीब-सी वीरानी भी महसूस हो रही थी। खड़ी पहाड़ियाँ, गहरी परछाइयाँ, इधर-उधर बने घर और घुमावदार सड़कें मिलकर ऐसा नज़ारा बना रही थीं जो एक साथ खूबसूरत भी था और थोड़ा बेचैन करने वाला भी। जगह शांत दिख रही थी, लेकिन घाटी की ऊँचाई और गहराई बार-बार यह एहसास दिला रही थी कि पहाड़ कितने शक्तिशाली महसूस हो सकते हैं।
