Homemade Delicious Veg Burger Recipe

In today's time, we all like to eat junk food and the matter of street food is different. As soon as we think about these street food, our mouth starts watering and even if we are not hungry then we start feeling hungry.

Many of the food items found on these streets are our favorite. Whenever we see, we cannot live without eating them.
In our India, people like street food very much. The pani puri found on the carts here is the most favorite of the girls. Apart from these, we also like things like Chole Bhature, Nutri Kulcha, Naan and Aloo Paratha etc.

But today we are going to talk about one such junk food found on these carts which is liked by everyone, no matter what age it is and it is very popular among children.

Yes, we are talking about burgers. Burger is very much liked by everyone and it also has different flavors, many people like extra cheese burger and some people like chicken burger. But today I am going to talk to you only about Veg Burger and I am also going to tell you its recipe.

so let's start making it

The ingredients we need to make burgers are-

Buns.
Cabbage leaves.
Tomato.
Onion.
Cucumber.
Tomato sauce.
Green chilli sauce.
Chaat masala.
Capsicum.
Oil.
Ginger.
Green chilli.
Coriander powder.
Salt.
Cumin powder.
Potato.
Bread.
We have to make tikkis first before making burgers, so let's start making tikkis first.

How to make Tikki

First of all, peel the boiled potatoes and grate them, after mashing the potatoes, add ginger paste, coriander powder, green chillies, cumin powder, amchur masala and crumbled bread and mix them well. Take.
Turn on the gas and put a pan on it and after the pan becomes hot, add two to three spoons of oil to it.
Take out a little from the potato mixture and make it round and then keep it in the center of the palm and give it the shape of a tikki by pressing it little by little. Similarly, make all the rest of the tikkies, now keep these stamps on the heated pan and let them cook on low flame. Cook it in the same way till it turns golden brown on both the sides.

Cut vegetables

After washing the cucumbers, peel them and cut them into thin round shapes, similarly wash cabbage, tomatoes, onions and capsicum and prepare them by cutting them into thin round shapes.

Will bake buns

Cut the buns from the middle and divide it into two parts and now put a little oil on a pan and keep the buns on it and roast it till it becomes a little crispy.

Make burger

Now take a part of the bun and apply tomato ketchup and green chutney on it, place the sliced ​​​​cucumber slices on it and put chaat masala on it. Now put the tiki on it and put chopped cabbage leaves, onion, tomato and capsicum on it and then put some chaat masala on it.
After adding all these vegetables, we will also put the other part of the bun on it
