Este es mi tercer post, y la verdad es que estoy muy feliz de todo el tiempo invertido en este juego, especialmente en este servidor.

He hablado muchísimo de las cosas más "extraordinarias" que han habido; matar al dragón, mi llegada al Nether, la ciudad que hemos construido..

En realidad hay muchísimo, pero muchísimo trasfondo detrás de todas estas construcciones y logros y tal vez sea buena idea escribir sobre todo esto. ¿Cómo he conseguido armaduras de diamante? ¿Cómo en realidad ha avanzado todo? ¿Cuál ha sido el cambio desde el comienzo?

Veo estas fotos y es imposible creer que la granja de @ikasumanera y la casa de @efren3103 lucían de esta forma. Las veo en su estado actual y es simplemente increíble. ¿Ya ha pasado una semana desde que fue creado el servidor? ¿2 semanas? No recuerdo exactamente, pero, la transición de las chozas que teníamos hasta las mansiones y la completa ciudad que tenemos actualmente es bastante genial.

Solo miren cómo lucía el puente antes:

Después de aquí me perdí gran parte de las construcciones que hacían constantemente en la ciudad. Pasé la mayor parte del tiempo haciendo las cosas que consideraba "primordiales" para avanzar en Minecraft. Como ya he explicado en anteriores publicaciones, prefiero el estilo de juego que me permita tener la mayor cantidad de recursos importantes para luego explorar y recorrer el mundo de Minecraft.

Desde el principio del servidor he recorrido esta mina de pies a cabeza y allí fue donde conseguí mis primeros diamantes y mis primeras armaduras de hierro. Como pueden ver, en realidad es una "ravine" y es muy buena esta generación ya que se expande mucho verticalmente y se pueden ver ores mucho más fácilmente. En esta ravine también comenzaron a spawnear slimes, estos amigos nos serán muy útiles en el futuro cercano.

Siempre mino EXAGERADAMENTE, es imposible conseguir materiales importantes en Minecraft si no estás dispuesto a invertir una cantidad de tiempo considerable allí abajo. Hay un túnel que recorre más de 500 bloques por debajo de la tierra, lol.

Hay una serie de túneles gigantes en los lugares más profundos de nuestra ciudad, y hace poco me enteré que @mig1 y @zhoten habían encontrado una mina y también tenían caminos parecidos a los míos. Sospecho que ellos 2 eran quienes colocaban bloques en parte de mi mina, pero no hay problema con eso ya que ya lo arreglé :)

Luego de haber minado lo suficiente y haber conseguido cantidades industriales de diamantes, lo siguiente fue conseguir experiencia para conseguir los mejores encantamientos en las armaduras que tenía, ¿y cómo hice esto? Pues..

Tuve que visitar mi lugar más odiado de todo el juego para conseguir experiencia rápida. Es un método INCREÍBLEMENTE peligroso ya que en el Nether habitan un montón de criaturas hostiles que pueden destruir el lugar donde estés farmeando.

El método para farmear era sencillamente construir una torre de 3 bloques de altura y empezar a matar hombres pigman desde allí. Conseguí un spot donde al parecer estos mobs eran infinitos, así que conseguí muchísima experiencia allí, pero hubieron un montón de veces donde me caía por ghasts o blazes que spawneaban cerca.

Esta era mi vista cada vez que comenzaba a atacarlos.

Así podía pasar minutos y minutos matando a estos mobs y así farmeaba experiencia. Cuando conseguí este spot de pigman infinitos fue muy bueno al comienzo, pero luego comenzó a dificultarse debido a la gran cantidad de mobs y a que todo el mundo comenzaba a perseguirme cuando intentaba ir al Overworld.

En una de mis últimas escapatorias logré tomar fotos cuando me perseguían, era un completo apocalipsis. (Cabe recalcar que estos mobs hacen MUCHÍSIMO daño y estoy seguro de que no podía haber resistido más de 5 ataques de ellos).

Se preguntarán, ¿por qué la última vez se ve volteada?

Resulta que un pigman me atacó por detrás y desde allí comencé a tenerle más miedo al Nether. Recuerdo que me tiró hacia donde estaban el resto de Pigman y tuve que encerrarme con netherrack para no morir. Morir en el Nether es muy peligroso ya que aquí hay muchísima lava y tus cosas se pueden perder muy fácilmente.

Luego de esto no volví a ir más al Nether, así que estuve apreciando más las creaciones de las personas que jugaban aquí.

Una duda que tengo hasta el día de hoy es, ¿cómo ese vendedor ambulante llegó arriba del portal? Nadie lo sabe, pero con los días simplemente desapareció, así que te recordaré con bastante cariño.

Luego de esto simplemente con nuestras armaduras @gabotask y yo fuimos a encontrar el portal hacia el End con los ojos que conseguimos. Fue una exploración gigantesca que nos hizo memorizarnos una parte gigantesca de nuestro mapa, pero una que valió completamente la pena.

Luego de esto simplemente ocurrió lo que mencioné en otro post donde fuimos a luchar contra el dragón y morimos heroicamente @perceval, @gabotask y yo.

¿Valió la pena? Cada segundo.

Luego solo recuperé mis cosas, seguí yendo al Nether para recuperar experiencia (no me importó mucho ir ya que no tenía cosas de valor) y también aumenté la cantidad de vacas en el corral de @efren3103.

Si leíste mi anterior post sobre Minecraft, sabrás qué sucedió con nosotros luego de este viaje hacia el End de nuevo.

¿Pero matar al dragón significa haber terminado el juego?

Para nada.

Empezamos a hacer el End de nuestro segundo hogar y comenzamos la construcción de lo que ha sido nuestro mayor proyecto hasta ahora. Una granja de Enderman 100% eficiente que nos permite llegar al nivel 30 en menos de 5 minutos y tenemos perlas de enderman infinitas.

Aquí pueden verme sin armadura porque tenía miedo de morir y que mis cosas más importantes cayeran al vacío. Solamente tenía 10 stacks de piedra encima para hacer la construcción.

Es gracioso que este pequeño amigo sea lo que hace que la granja de Enderman sea increíblemente eficiente. Todos los Enderman sienten aggro directo al ver directamente a este mob y por esto tenemos cantidades industriales de Enderman cayendo continuamente en nuestra granja.

Esto ha sido lo que nos permitió conseguir picos increíblemente buenos y armaduras perfectas. La verdad es que es una ventaja enorme y esperamos poder construir una segunda granja.

Seguí yendo más al Nether para conseguir varas de Blaze para hacer pociones.

Casi muero por tirar una perla ender en el puente hacia nuestra granja de experiencia.

Y este es Gabo muriendo por lava mientras estábamos buscando Netherite. Antes de esta exploración encantamos muchas partes de nuestra armadura con protección al fuego, eso fue lo que hizo que Gabo no muriera.

Y por último, Gabo y yo pescando para encontrar el libro de Mending, el mejor encantamiento de Minecraft.

Hasta ahora nos hemos enfocado en conseguir ese libro ya que es increíblemente importante para tener las armaduras y herramientas perfectas en este juego. Luego de esto, planeamos seguir con nuestras exploraciones y también queremos matar al Wither o reinvocar al dragón en el futuro cercano.

Me encanta cómo flotan las cosas desde abajo.

Estoy muy feliz con este servidor y con todo el tiempo que he invertido en jugar con los muchachos. Las aventuras han sido muchísimas hasta ahora y estoy seguro de que hay muchísimas cosas por hacer.

Es gracioso pensar que este servidor ha sido una prueba y hemos visto que muchas personas pueden disfrutarlo. Por ahora solo personas de habla hispana se han limitado a jugar activamente, pero espero que en el futuro podamos crear uno más grande donde se unan muchas más personas y así tener un servidor enorme.

Minecraft es sin duda alguna un juego increíble, mucho más increíble si lo juegas con las personas adecuadas.

This is my third post, and the truth is that I am very happy of all the time invested in this game, especially in this server.

I have talked a lot about the most "extraordinary" things that have happened; killing the dragon, my arrival to the Nether, the city that we have built...

There is actually a lot, but a lot, of background behind all of these builds and achievements and it might be a good idea to write about all of this. How did I get diamond armor? How has it all really progressed? What has changed since the beginning?

I see these pictures and it's impossible to believe that @ikasumanera's farm and @efren3103's house looked like this. I see them in their current state and it's just amazing. It's already been a week since the server was created? 2 weeks? I don't remember exactly, but, the transition from the shacks we had to the mansions and the complete city we currently have is pretty cool.

Just look at what the bridge looked like before:

After here I missed out on much of the construction that was constantly going on in the city. I spent most of my time doing the things that I considered "primordial" to advance in Minecraft. As I've explained in previous posts, I prefer the style of play that allows me to have the most important resources to then explore and traverse the world of Minecraft.

Since the beginning of the server I have run this mine from head to toe and that is where I got my first diamonds and my first iron armors. As you can see, it is actually a "ravine" and it is very good this generation as it expands vertically and you can see ores much more easily. In this ravine they also started spawning slimes, these friends will be very useful in the near future.

I always mine EXAGERATELY, it's impossible to get important materials in Minecraft if you're not willing to invest a considerable amount of time down there. There's a tunnel that runs over 500 blocks underground, lol.

There are a number of giant tunnels in the deepest parts of our city, and I recently found out that @mig1 and @zhoten had found a mine and also had similar paths to mine. I suspect that they 2 were the ones placing blocks in part of my mine, but no problem with that since I already fixed it :)

After I had mined enough and got industrial amounts of diamonds, the next thing was to get experience to get the best enchantments on the armors I had, and how did I do this? Well...

I had to visit my most hated place in the whole game to get quick experience. It is an INCREDIBLY dangerous method as the Nether is inhabited by a lot of hostile creatures that can destroy the place where you are farming.

The method for farming was to simply build a tower 3 blocks high and start killing pigmans from there. I got a spot where apparently these mobs were infinite, so I got a lot of experience there, but there were a lot of times where I would get dropped by ghasts or blazes that spawned nearby.

This was my view every time I started attacking them.

This way I could spend minutes and minutes killing these mobs and thus I was getting experience. When I got this infinite pigman spot it was great at first, but then it started to get difficult because of the large amount of mobs and everyone started chasing me when I tried to go to the Overworld.

In one of my last escapes I managed to take pictures when they were chasing me, it was a complete apocalypse. (It should be noted that these mobs do a LOT of damage and I'm sure I couldn't have withstood more than 5 attacks from them).

You may ask, why does the last pic look flipped?

It turns out that a pigman attacked me from behind and from there I started to be more afraid of the Nether. I remember it threw me to where the rest of the pigman were and I had to lock myself with netherrack to avoid dying. Dying in the Nether is very dangerous because there is a lot of lava here and your stuff can be lost very easily.

After that I didn't go to the Nether anymore, so I was appreciating more the creations of the people who played here.

One question I have to this day is, how did that peddler get above the portal? No one knows, but over the days he simply disappeared, so I will remember you quite fondly.

After this simply with our armor @gabotask and I went to find the portal to the End with the eyes we got. It was a gigantic exploration that made us memorize a gigantic part of our map, but one that was completely worth it.

After this simply happened what I mentioned in another post where we went to fight the dragon and died heroically @perceval, @gabotask and me.

Was it worth it? Every second.

Then I just got my stuff back, kept going to the Nether to regain experience (I didn't mind going too much since I had no valuable stuff) and also increased the amount of cows in @efren3103's pen.

If you read my previous post about Minecraft, you'll know what happened to us after this trip to the End again.

But does killing the dragon mean you have finished the game?

Not at all.

We started making the End of our second home and began the construction of what has been our (@gabotask, @miguelalegfx and me) biggest project so far. A 100% efficient Enderman farm that allows us to reach level 30 in less than 5 minutes and we have infinite enderman pearls.

Here you can see me without armor because I was afraid of dying and that my most important things would fall into the void. I only had 10 stacks of stone on me to do the construction.

It's funny that this little fella is what makes the Enderman farm incredibly efficient. All Enderman feel direct aggro at the direct sight of this mob and because of this we have industrial quantities of Enderman continually dropping into our farm.

This has been what has allowed us to get incredibly good spikes and perfect armor. The truth is that it is a huge advantage and we hope to build a second farm.

I kept going further into the Nether to get Blaze sticks to make potions.

I almost died to throw an ender pearl on the bridge to our experience farm.

And this is Gabo dying from lava while we were searching for Netherite. Before this exploration we enchanted many parts of our armor with fire protection, that's what kept Gabo from dying.

And finally, Gabo and I fishing to find the Mending book, the best Minecraft enchantment.

So far we have focused on getting that book as it is incredibly important to have the perfect armor and tools in this game. After this, we plan to continue our explorations and we also want to kill the Wither or re-summon the dragon in the near future.

I love how things float up from below. This didn't happen in previous versions.

I am very happy with this server and all the time I have invested in playing with the guys. The adventures have been many, many so far and I'm sure there are many, many things to do.

It's funny to think that this server has been a test and we have seen that many people can enjoy it. For now only spanish speaking people have been limited to play actively, but I hope that in the future we can create a bigger one where many more people join and thus have a huge server.

Minecraft is without a doubt an amazing game, much more amazing if you play it with the right people.
