English version

Not long ago I went to buy a component for my computer and I had to travel to an area of Bogota quite far from where I live, so it was the first time I went out so far away. I'm not someone who likes to go out a lot, and anyway I don't have much time to go out and explore because my job is 100% sitting at my pc XD.

I took the opportunity to take a few pictures of our little trip. Something quite funny is that we got lost once we bought the component and wandered around for a while while we found a way to go home.

Since the area where we were, the cabs told us that the place where we wanted to go (our house) was very far away, so we had to walk to a main avenue, Boyacá Avenue.

I would have liked to take more pictures of the place where we were, but I'm sure I could breathe the smell of insecurity. Just by taking out my phone I felt they could take it out of my hands XD, so I preferred to be safe because I would not want to repeat the experience of having something stolen.

We had to walk a long way since Boyacá Avenue was about 2-3 KM away. I found the place where we walked quite nice because it was a kind of giant sidewalk and we were walking for minutes and minutes until we reached what looked like a bridge. From this bridge I took this picture.

Seeing these kinds of areas reminded me a lot of when I lived in Cumanacoa (a town in Venezuela). The town where I currently live is completely city, so seeing some nature never hurts, I would even say that I missed this.

As we walked around we found much more beautiful places, and obviously I didn't miss the opportunity to take pictures.

I've been playing with Lightroom and I like the color the sky takes. The sky here is very different from the island where I come from, as 90% of the time it is cloudy, and also the colors are slightly different (and this is very noticeable when I play with clarity and haze in the photos).

After walking quite a bit and passing by a couple of times, we were close to reaching our destination. I thought it was funny because we walked so far that we got to the entrance of Bogota, lol.

It was a nice adventure. I've been out of Bogotá very little, but I'm starting to notice how much I'm missing out on the city by not leaving my apartment. I've heard that the north is beautiful, so hopefully I can go there soon and take some pictures.

I hope not to go too long without taking pictures, I miss posting on Photo Lovers as I still have a lot of knowledge that was given to me by one of the people I admire and respect the most in Hive.

Thank you very much for reading.

Hey y jalo, un pequeño meet up me suena :)

Wow! Getting lost did not turn too bad after all. These photos are dope, for me. Especially those areas where there were waters providing that reflection seeming like clouds up and down.
Good job, @therealflaws

Yeah, I didn't expect the pics where the water reflected the clouds to look so good. Thanks for the compliment mate, really appreciate it.
