Hoy con una receta muy saludable y deliciosa se trata de unas crepes de zanahoria rellenas con vegetales salteados con un toque agridulce y queso rallado, son fáciles de preparar ideales para el desayuno o la cena

3/4 taza de harina de trigo, 01 zanahoria, 01 taza de agua, 03 cucharadas de leche, 01 huevo, 01 cebolla, 01 pimentón, 50 grs de repollo, 50 grs de queso rallado, 01 cucharada de paprika, 01 cucharada de vinagre, 01 cucharada de salsa de soja, 01 cucharada de ketchup, 01 cucharada de azúcar, sal y pimienta al gusto.

Lo primero que hago es hacer laaa mezcla para las crepes, en la licuadora coloco el agua, la leche, la zanahoria previamente rallada, el huevo, la harina de trigo y la sal, licuo hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea, la vacio en un bol y la dejo reposar en la nevera por media hora.

Seguido en un sarten antiadherente, lepaso una servilleta con un poco de aceite y con una medida, yo utilicé una taza de medida de 1/4, echo la mezcla y trato de que cubra todo el sarten la volteo cuando tenga búrbujas y cocino dos minutos y listo.

Para los vegetales salteados, en un sarten coloco aceite y añado, el pimentón en juliana cocino dos minutos y le agrego la cebolla en juliana y luego el repollo, lo condimento con la sal, la pimienta, el vinagre, la paprika, la salsa de soja, la ketchup y el azucar y dejo cocinar a fuego medio bajo hasta que estén bien blandos.

Para rellenar las crepes en un plato coloco una y le agrego los vegetales salteados, el queso rallado y enrollo y listo para disfrutar de un excelente desayuno.
To fill the crepes I place one on a plate and add the sautéed vegetables, grated cheese and roll it up and ready to enjoy an excellent breakfast.
