Cada quién planifica su mañana en base a sus actividades, obligaciones y preferencias. Acostumbro levantarme temprano todos los días a las 5:00 am, me gusta hacerlo para aprovechar el día como dice el refrán "Quien madruga recoge agua clara", luego de ducharme, preparo un desayuno ligero, siempre me ha gustado comer pan tostado con café y lo acompaño con una fruta, mi preferida es la banana, para así comenzar el día con ánimo y aportar nutrientes al organismo, un buen desayuno nos da mucha energía.
Everyone plans their morning based on their activities, obligations and preferences. I usually get up early every day at 5:00 am, I like to do it to make the most of the day as the saying goes "He who gets up early gathers clear water", after showering, I prepare a light breakfast, I have always liked to eat toast with coffee and I accompany it with a fruit, my favorite is the banana, to start the day with encouragement and provide nutrients to the body, a good breakfast gives us a lot of energy.
Luego comienzo a hacer las tareas que planifiqué. como lavar, caminar, salir de compras, entre otros. Me gusta mantener la limpieza y el orden en mi casa, diariamente me aseguro de que esté lo más ordenada posible, siempre es lo primero que hago para así el resto del día dedicarme a otras labores.
Then I start doing the tasks I planned, such as washing, walking, shopping, among others. I like to maintain cleanliness and order in my house, daily I make sure it is as tidy as possible, it is always the first thing I do so that the rest of the day I can dedicate myself to other tasks.
Como estamos en cuarentena, cuando me toca quedarme en casa aprovecho para escribir un post aquí en
#hive, ya que ha sido mi aleada en estos días, me divierte, me educa y sobre todo me ayuda a pasar mi día más feliz, el hecho de escribir o mirar publicaciones me hace sentir contenta y a gusto con el trabajo que realizo en ella porque me ha brindado el apoyo que tanto necesitaba.
As we are in quarantine, when I have to stay at home I take the opportunity to write a post here in
#hive, as it has been my ally these days, it amuses me, educates me and above all helps me to spend my day happier, the fact of writing or looking at publications makes me feel happy and at ease with the work I do in it because it has given me the support I needed so much.
Finalizando la mañana me dedico con mucho amor a la cocina, preparando el almuerzo en compañía de mi familia, me encanta realizar platos sencillos, deliciosos, nutritivos y fácil de preparar que contengan todos los nutrientes que nuestro cuerpo necesita.
At the end of the morning I dedicate myself with much love to the kitchen, preparing lunch with my family, I love to make simple, delicious, nutritious and easy to prepare dishes that contain all the nutrients that our body needs.
Así paso mis mañanas organizo un horario en mi mente para dar lo mejor de mí y disfrutar las cosas que hago.
