Me gusta hacer perros calientes en casa porque a mi hijo le encanta y cada vez que los hago, él me dice que prepare crema para acompañarlos. Hoy con una receta de crema de perejil y cilantro que le dará a los perros calientes un sabor un toque especial y delicioso. Me gusta preparar esta crema porque es rápido y fácil de hacer, además la podemos usar para aderezar ensaladas.

Para la crema de perejil y cilantro
01 huevo, 03 dientes de ajo, 01 taza de aceite, 01 limón, 01 puñado de cilantro y perejil, 02 cucharadas de mayonesa, sal y pimienta al gusto
For the parsley and cilantro cream.
01 egg, 03 cloves of garlic, 01 cup of oil, 01 lemon, 01 handful of cilantro and parsley, 02 tablespoons of mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
Para los perro caliente
Pan para perros calientes, zanahoria, repollo morado y blanco, salsa de tomate, mayonesa, mostaza.

Para hacer la crema de perejil y cilantro, en la licuadora añado el huevo, el ajo, el perejil y cilantro, la sal, la pimienta y la mitad de aceite, licuo por dos minutos, luego voy colocando el jugo de limón poco a poco alternando con el resto del aceite dejo licuar unos minutos más lo coloco en un bol y reservo.

Luego rallo la zanahoria y el repollo, pongo a cocinar las salchichas y los panes al vapor . Seguido coloco los panes en un plato, le coloco la salchicha, el repollo, la zanahoria, salsa de tomate, mayonesa, mostaza y por último le agrego la crema de perejil y disfruto de unos deliciosos perros calientes acompañado con un vaso de refresco.
