I just heard the news about Shawn Spears’ big return to WWE NXT and it got me really excited! You see, I’ve been following wrestling for a while now and this has left me all buzzing.

First, let us talk about Shawn Spears himself. Now, I have always admired him. I mean who can forget his ‘Perfect 10’ gimmick from yester years?

It was pure gold, and he knew how to get the crowd into it. However, things did not go that well for him on the main roster, which sucked.

So, with these information I could not help but feel happy for him when he came back to NXT.

Here is another wrestler whom i immensely respect. I mean this guy definitely has skills. In fact his journey in AEW has been amazing and his win in the 2024 Royal Rumble was an icing on the cake if you ask me.

Therefore when he reacted to Shawn Spears’ return – that “perfect” one word message: 10 – believe me when I say my face burst into a smile from ear-to-ear.

Now, regarding their history in common. It has been a long time indeed since these two became acquainted with each other.

Additionally, they are not only colleagues but also bosom friends. However, some bitter feuds occurred between them in AEW.”

I will never forget that awful injury to Cody during one of their matches. That was definitely the most thrilling edge-of-your-seat experience ever.

Should we expect them meeting again someday at WWE?

By the way Teil Rhodes should be mentioned too. Being Cody’s sister she possesses as much passion for wrestling as him. Reading her tweet about Shawn Spears coming back, felt like looking underneath into the Rhodes family itself.
