Recapping an Epic Night of WWE Action in Birmingham, England!

Have you watched WWE'S recent event in Birmingham, England?
Boy, was it something!
Let me tell you all about it:
Damian Priest defended his World Heavyweight title against Kofi Kingston. It was the first time that Priest had ever defended the belt, and I was hoping that he would be able to retain it.
At the beginning, things seemed to be going well for Priest but then they got complicated.
Just as Kingston was about to deliver his signature move “Trouble in Paradise,” JD McDonagh appeared out of nowhere and threw a chair into the ring. The referee had it removed but while this went on, McDonagh caught hold of Kingston’s head and drove his neck down onto the ropes!
This must have hurt so much!
With a tombstone-power slam though, Priest took advantage of this opportunity and retained his title.
Talk about a classic heel win!
The main event came next which was Cody Rhodes versus Shinsuke Nakamura.
This has made me thrilled as I really love Rhodes. The game started off slowly but it ended up getting intense.
When Nakamura attempted to do a German suplex, Rhodes had another plan, Cross Rhodes. I figured the game was over, but at the 2nd count, Nakamura managed to kick out.
From there on the match got tight. Even though, Nakamura locked him in a cross-arm breaker; Rhodes did not submit. He dodged Nakamura’s finisher “Kinshasa” and hit another Cross Rhodes for the win!
Overall it was a great night of wrestling. Anyway I liked seeing Priest and Rhodes retain their titles although there were some unforeseen occurrences during this time frame.
