FungiFriday #010 - Oyster Mushroom

(Edited)

Happy FungiFriday And This is My Contribution to #FungiFriday Held By @ewkaw.

This time I again participated in the #FungiFriday Contest held by the FungiFriday Community. And on this occasion I want to show some pictures of one of the types of mushrooms that we often find growing in gardens and the name of this mushroom is Oyster Mushroom.

Oyster mushrooms usually grow a lot during the rainy season like today because these mushrooms are usually easy to grow in humid places, especially in trees that have been dead for a long time so usually we can find these mushrooms growing wild in the forest.

In some tropical countries in the Asian region, this type of mushroom is often cultivated for consumption because this is one type of mushroom that can be consumed and the taste is also very good so many people like to consume this type of mushroom.

This mushroom can actually be consumed, but because when i am found the mushroom in small quantities, I didn't take it and let the mushroom grow wild in its natural habitat, namely on dead and damp trees.

At that time I found this mushroom growing on one of the branches of a tree that had been dead for a long time and when I found it it was slightly covered with bushes so I had to remove the tree branch first.

That's all I can show in this #FungiFriday edition, see you in the next #FungiFriday Edition next Friday, hopefully we can share more types of Mushrooms in this community in every #FungiFriday Edition later.

Still have to make sure whether it really is an oyster mushroom or not, I'm afraid it's a poisonous mushroom.

This doesn't look like Oyster mushroom. Please make sure you know what you pick and eat.
