My Entry For W30E2 Contest - The Good And The Bad Of Chatting On Social Media

In this post, I'm back in participating in the Week 30 Contest, Edition 2, which was held by the Hive Learners Community.

In this era of technological sophistication, we are used to using social media to chat with our closest people and people in various parts of the world because social media has made it easier for us to chat even from a distance.

So that it is very easy for us to chat with friends on social media even though we don't meet in person, so that we can chat with people from various parts of the world even though we have never met directly in the real world.

However, we have to be careful with chatting habits on social media because there are good habits and bad habits when we chat on social media so we need to manage and limit the time to use social media every day.

The good thing about chatting on social media is that we can continue to chat and establish friendship with those closest to us, even from a distance, so that's one of the uses of social media, which can help us to stay in touch with people who are far from us.

Another good thing about chatting on social media is that we can get to know new people on social media, so even though we have never met face to face in the real world, we can communicate through social media and that is something that often happens nowadays.

This is as is the case between fellow Hive users today, many of us have not known each other before but with the existence of Blockchain-Based Hive Social Media today they can get to know each other and communicate either through comments or through the Discord Channel.

But we also have to know that chatting on social media also has a bad side, because too long staring at the smartphone screen while using social media to chat with someone is an activity that is not good for our health.

So we must be able to manage and limit time using smartphones to chat and play social media, because it is not good for health because we can be exposed to radiation that is on the smartphones we use today.

and another bad side of chatting on social media is that we don't have much time to interact with many people in our real world, so it can also interfere with our mental and psychological health.

And the point is, we can chat with anyone on social media, but we have to be smart in managing our time so that we can still interact with people around us. This is so that it doesn't interfere with our mental and psychological health.

It's all a matter of balancing and managing our time on social media through chatting so it doesn't take away the most important thing especially having time for our offline friends and family.

Chatting is fun and good for meeting with new people and enjoying the moment but we have to limit it too especially considering our health.

the point is the importance of keeping time in using chat on social media, because if you overuse social media it is also not good for your body and mental health.

Wow, you said it all, most people are suffering from eyes problem because of too much chatting, the spend must of their time on social media, thanks for the word of advice

Yeah... Social media takes away our ability to interact with people of the real world. We find ourselves getting more and more attached to our digital friends. And we have to correct that.
