Towards death

Most of the people where I live have migrated from the countryside to the city. Therefore, the ancestors of the people here were engaged in animal husbandry. The meat consumption of those who are interested in animal husbandry is also high.

Yaşadığım yerdeki insanların çoğu kırsaldan kente doğru göç etmiş. Dolayısıyla buradaki insanların ataları hayvancılık ile uğraşmış. Hayvancılık ile ilgilenenlerin et tüketimi de fazla olur.

Towards the winter, almost every family slaughters small cattle and dries their meat. These dried meats are also used in winter meals. Most winter dishes are meaty, and cured meat adds great flavor to the dish.

Kışa doğru hemen hemen her aile küçük baş hayvan kesip etini kurutur. Bu kurutulmuş etleri de kışın yemeklerde kullanılırlar. Kış yemeklerinin çoğu etli olur ve kurutulmuş et yemeğe büyük lezzet katar.
