Wednesday Walk - Health benefits of walking

Greetings to everyone from another Wednesday Walk! It's great to be back here, supporting my experiences with evidence and visuals. I've been in this community for a long time, and I'll be making a great effort to post regularly here for even longer.

We've finally started experiencing spring, albeit a little late. The rains have stopped, and the weather has warmed up considerably. I'm now able to go for walks wherever and whenever I want. I've significantly increased both the pace and the duration of my walks.

İlkbahar mevsimini gecikmeli de olsa yaşamaya başladık. Yağışlar durdu, havalar iyice ısındı. Dilediğim yerde, dilediğim zamanda yürüyüşlerimi yapıyorum. Tempoyu ve yürüyüş yaptığım süreyi büyük ölçüde artırdım.

I hadn't been to places with historical houses and buildings for a while. I decided to go there. Historical buildings have a very different beauty in every season. Of course, they look most aesthetically pleasing in winter. In spring, the greenery seen between the houses creates a wonderful visual feast.

Bir süredir tarihi evlerin, yapıların olduğu yerlere gitmiyordum. O taraflara gitmeye karar verdim. Tarihi yapılar her mevsimde çok farklı güzelliğe sahip oluyor. Tabii en çok kış mevsiminde daha estetik gözüküyor. İlkbahar mevsiminde de evlerin aralarında görülen yeşillik harika bir görsel şölen oluşturuyor.

The castle stands before me in all its grandeur and magnificence. Looking at the castle takes me on a short journey into the past. I took a longer route just to see this side. I also like how secluded the road is. Not many cars pass by, and there aren't many crowds. A stream flows right next to the castle. I can immediately hear the sound of the stream's murmur.

Kale tüm heybeti, iştihamıyla karşımda duruyor. Kaleye baktığımda geçmişe kısa bir yolculuk yapıyorum. Bu tarafı görmek için yolumu uzattım. Yolun tenha olmasını da seviyorum. Çok fazla araç geçmiyor, çok fazla insan topluluğu yok. Kalenin hemen bitişiğinden dere akıyor. Derenin şırıltısını hemen duyuluyor.

Because there is a very serious parking problem in the city center, cars are parked in such secluded places. Car owners have no other alternative for parking.

Şehir merkezinde çok ciddi anlamda bir park problemi olduğu için araçlar böyle tenha yerlere park ediliyor. Araç sahiplerinin park edecek başka bir alternatifi yok.

That's what I have to say this week. I sleep 6-7 hours a day. I wake up around 5 am. After about an hour of pet care, I take a cold shower. Then I browse the internet for about an hour. After all that, people start waking up. I'm paying more attention to my diet now. Especially my growing belly is causing me discomfort.

Bu hafta anlatacaklarım bunlar. Günlük 6-7 saat uyuyorum. Sabah 5 civarı uyanıyorum. Yaklaşık bir saat süren hayvan bakımından sonra soğuk su ile duş alıyorum. Ardından bir saat civarında internette gezinti yapıyorum. Tüm bunları yaptıktan sonra insanlar uyanmaya başlıyor. Beslenmeme artık daha çok dikkat ediyorum. Özellikle göbek bölgesi büyüyünce ben de bir rahatsızlık oluşturuyor.
